Malheureusement mauvais service et ce n'est pas la première fois. Rendue à la caisse, la gérante m'a regardé de la tête au pieds en disant et insistant que je devais prendre une plus grosse taille (tandis que je lui ai pas demandé son avis). Je crois qu'il y a des façons de dire des choses mais la sienne n'était pas la bonne. Lorsque je lui ai gentillement fait savoir que son commentaire était déplacé, elle était sur la défensive et un peu méchante.
Unfortunately bad service and this is not the first time. When I got to the cash desk, the manager looked at me from head to toe, saying and insisting that I had to take a bigger size (while I did not ask her opinion). I think there are ways of saying things but hers wasn't the right one. When I kindly let her know that her comment was inappropriate, she was defensive and a little mean.

the old women in the cashier is so rude I just ask her about the price she doesn’t want to answer and even after I paid I said thank you she did not answer or say anything, I am wondering why she works in the shop if she doesn’t want to serve the costumers I am not going there again for sure.

Not impressed with this store. They don’t make you try the clothes and when you get to the cash, not only the service is slow, they tell you there are no refunds on the merchandise only exchanges. I got home not only to find a whole in my t-shirt but it was also stained. After I exchange my t-shirt I won’t be going back to this place.

Not too impressed by the store.manager who kept her mask below her nose. Also both the female and.male cash was opened but only one manned. I waited 10 minutes and no one asked me to go the other side although the saw me and there was no sign saying cash was closed. Not great customer service

Meh. Classic YM stores. Returned some stuff I bought online, got a refund. Look around a bit pick up some sweatpants I want to try on. I’m told the fitting rooms are closed. But also that they don’t refund in store, only store credit ? Like get on with the program. COVID is sure real, but maybe tune in to one of these news conference. You’ll find out clothing stores can have people trying on. Like hell, just walk out your front door and go to the next store. What a joke these policies. Blue notes, urban planet, and all the other brands. I’ll shop my sweat pants in American companies like Old Navy or American Eagle. They grasp what customer service is like. ✌️
