★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire experience de ma vie. Jai eu mon rendez-vous a 10h00 aujourd'hui et on m'a pris a 10h20. Au debut je me suis dit que bon c'etait pas grave...La fille qui m'a maquiller s'appelle Elizabeth et elle a tout ruinée. Meme pas capable de mettre des faux-cils correctement, on voyait encore la colle! Le pire c'est que je devais le lui dire, sinon elle l'aurait laisser passer. Le eye liner etait horrible, meme pas pas symetrique des deux cotés et quand elle essayait de le fixer apres que je lui ai dit, elle le fesait de plus en plus épais c'était horrible! Je lui disait et elle était pas capable de l'arranger !!!! Le fond de teint était bien mais la poudre y'en avait tellement que c'était sec partout sur mon visage, je lui disait de le fixer et elle était meme capable encore une fois! Le cache cerne etait appliqué horriblement, je sais pas si c'est le produit ou la technique de la fille, mais mon cache cerne de maybelline couvre mieux alors que cest cheap ! Le blush et le bronzeur on le voyait meme pas!!! Elle etait meme pas capable d'en mettre correctement!!! Comment vous pouvez la laisser travailler la bas??? Aujourd'hui le 15 octobre 2016 c'etait ma photo de finissant et je l'ai manqué, j'ai aucune photo pour mon album de passage au secondaire! Je suis triste decue et fachee! J'ai meme pleurée et on la gerante et Elizabeth voulaient que je paye? C'est une insulte à moi et à mon père qui était la. Je croyais que les maquilleuses etaient qualifiees alors que c'est pas le cas! Plus jamais de MAC pour moi! J'ecris cela car je veux qu'aucune autre fille vive mon experience et sois decue !si je pouvais mettre 0 etoiles je le ferais. NEVER AGAIN.
 Worst experience of my life. I had my appointment at 10:00 today and I was taken at 10:20. At first I thought it was ok ... The girl who made me up is called Elizabeth and she ruined everything. Not even able to put false eyelashes correctly, we still saw the glue! The worst thing was that I had to tell him, otherwise she would let him go. The eye liner was awful, not even symmetrical on both sides and when she tried to fix it after I told her, she was doing it thicker and thicker it was horrible! I told him and she was not able to fix it !!!! The foundation was good but the powder was so much that it was dry all over my face, I told him to fix it and she was even able again! The cache ring was applied horribly, I do not know if it's the product or the technique of the girl, but my cache maybelline covers better then it's cheap! The blush and the bronzer we saw it not even !!! She was not even able to put it properly !!! How can you let her work down ??? Today October 15, 2016 it was my picture of finishing and I missed it, I have no photo for my album of transition to high school! I am sad and disappointed! I even cried and we managed her and Elizabeth wanted me to pay? It is an insult to me and my father who was there. I thought the make-up artists were qualified when that's not the case! No more MAC for me! I write this because I want no other girl to live my experience and be disappointed! If I could put 0 stars I would do it. NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude lady there with attitude, nul in black people make up, wanted to buy the products she use on me none was available in stock, really wanted to buy something because she took few minutes to put something on my face for the wedding I was going and my luggage didn’t make it here in Canada with me. She told me mac fond de teint was $10 off. When I check my recipe it was overcharged of the price she told me and no $10 off. When I asked her why she throws my bag and when to take care of another costumer which I found it unprofessional. When she came back to me she just told me oh no this particular Mac fond de teint wasn’t the same price and not on sales. I told her you should of told me instead of doing something different of what you told me . And he’s assistant just came and be on her side. Just had to get my money ? back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience , I've gotten my makeup done many times before and this was by far the most unpleasant one. The blonde girl ( can't remember her name :/ ) I had was nice but very slow and no creativity. Even though Mac makeup artist are supposedly professionals , she was asking me basic questions? she took forever to do a basic liner and it wasn't even done well. I showed a picture for reference but even at that she seemed clueless. I wanted something fairly simple and nothing over the top. She said she did not have a shimmery gold eyeshadow , I ended up finding it on my own and purschasing it since I had to spend 70 dollars.I would not waste my time here. She seemed completely uninterested along with the rest of the staff. The final look was a mess, nothing was even and I had patches of bronzer around my mouth area and above my forhead. In general most of the employees are rude and lack basic costumer service skills. For the price , I would honestly recommend Sephora specifically , the one in Rockland, I've done my make-up there several times and I always loved not only the end result but the overall experience , and at least you can buy skin care products as well and not spend a fortune just on makeup, plus the employees are very nice and patient. I work as a cosmetician so I'm judging based on personal and professional experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for New Years Eve and the staff was nothing but rude. The girl who did my make up (big frizzy curly hair) unfortunately, I don't remember her name but I wish I did. When I would tell her what I wanted she seemed annoyed and rude and she wouldn't ask me about anything and simply had no personality. The colours for my eyeshadow and the way she applied my eyeliner was horrible , she restarted twice and still was horrible , by the third time she sent me another make up artist and said "I'm not doing your make up" and did not even apologize! Luckily ,the second make up artist was a lot nicer. She knew how to apply makeup and seemed to enjoy her job a lot more. However , in general the staff is rude , and don't seem to know how to professionally apply make up. I do my makeup every year for New Year's Eve and this was by far my worst experience. So the best advice I can give is to AVOID this place and go to Sephora! I'm never going to a mac store again.
