Today the place was empty no customer waiting for medication . The person who served me told me waiting time between 10 and 20 mins .
I never waited less than 30 minutes in this place why we have to wait so long ???
Today waited 5 mins and the staff told me to go to another pharmacy my medication out of stock. She did not care at least to refer me to the nearest pharmaprix or to just call and find out if they do have my medication.
I will never go back there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried redeeming my 10 000 pc optimum points at their drugstore and the cashier took them. The register bugged or something and I ended up losing my points without having my 10$ off my bill. the employee named Azzura told me there was nothing they could do no more what a nice staff. The only thing she told me to do is write an email at pc optimum to get my points back but there's absolutely no way im gonna fix something that I didn't started Plus their registers always end up bugging so there's always big line ups. A lot to improve
