★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service ,ça fait plus de 20 ans que je suis avec Vidéotron , j'ai toujours acquitté mes factures sans délai , je passais pour un problème de cellulaire et le vendeur me dit que mon contrat es terminé donc que je peux avoir un autre cellulaire ,sans frais donc il me le change . 3 sem. après je reçois ma facture on me chargé 145$ de plus . 135$ pour résiliation de contrat et 10$ pour une carte SIM. Le vendeur n'a jamais changer la carte et ne m'a jamais dit que j'avais une résiliation de contrat . C' les pires vendeur que j'ai jamais vue . J'ai perdue une journée pour rétablir l'erreur ,plus jamais je ne retournerai a anjou
Worse service, I've been with Videotron for more than 20 years, I have always paid my bills without delay, I thought I had a cell phone problem and the seller told me that my contract is over so that I can have another cell phone , free of charge so he changes it for me. 3 weeks after I receive my invoice I am charged $ 145 more. $ 135 for contract termination and $ 10 for a SIM card. The seller never changed the card and never told me I had a contract termination. This is the worst salesperson I have ever seen. I wasted a day to rectify the error, I will never go back to Anjou again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow internet in a small apartment, they say the only option is to switch to their new service and buy a new modem. Cant stream a YouTube video, or Skype call. Tech support didn't help, sales person wanted me to buy new equipment and boxes for tv, price would go way up. Will switch to someone else.
