★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find good steals, but the store isn't the cleanest. Never use the washrooms. Besides for that the store is nice. No annoying staff walking behind you, trying to sell things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service !! The waiting time was a bit too long for me but everything else was good !!! This watch would've been more expensive at a Guess store but Hudson's Bay has a "La Baie day" where you can get rebates on watches from 20% to 30% !

Lucky me I kept the receipt, went to the store, and the manager reassured me saying they will take care of it. You know what ? nothing was made almost 2 weeks later. I hate this beau-parler for nothing. Will chargeback with my bank, since they're the only one who listen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy shopping at Hudson's Bay, especially when the service offered by the employee is up to its usual high standards. Sadly, on this occasion it wasn't the case with one employee who had given me directions earlier and was the same person who took my payment. I found her to be arrogant,disinterested, impolite and impatient. At one point while taking my payment, discussing her personal life loudly and using foul language while doing so. Very disappointing and would not encourage me to recommend shopping in the men's department on a Monday, when she is present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has everything we searched for, it has some deals, it has many stuff other retailers don't, the prices are competitive and you gain points when you have the store credit card, the location in downtown is great, the facilities are nice, but somehow it lacks of personnel that may able to help with your potential purchase. Maybe due to the pandemic and many layoffs everywhere then you might think its the reason, but the store was like that way before rhe pandemin era. So, appart from the goodies they have, it lacks of personnel to help you, that's my humble opinion !!
