★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's takes at least an hour before they even help you . The service is so slow . They could've at least put some chairs in the stores so we wouldn't need to stand up for who knows how long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the service at Anjou. I was served multiple times by the manager, Justin, who was very patient with me and captured exactly what I was looking for. The rest of the staff is also very sweet and recognize most of them every time I go in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. For the first time my girls were excited to enter the store to see their merchandise (instead of a catalogue or website). I completely understand that due to COVID certain measures need to be put in place. We couldn't enter due to too many people in the store. Even when most customers left the store, the employee at the entrance was still showing us merchandise outside rather than having one of the employees (I counted 3 who were free) inside assist us. Overall polite service, however, major lack in customer service which reflects negatively on the brand. Shame!
