Bijouterie Lavigueur

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile ça serait ma note. Je suis allé dans cette bijouterie pour acheter des boucle d’oreille en or. Je sais pas c’était quoi le problème de la vendeuse mais elle m’a vendu des boucles d’oreilles en faux or quand je lui est spécifier que je recherchais pas de la fantaisie car je suis allergique elle a comme même hausser me vendre du faux or j’ai fait une allergie après avoir les cochonneries qu’elle m’a vendu À ÉVITER SI VOUS VOUS FAIRE AVOIR

C'est Mme Sylvie qui m'a servie (j'espère que j'ai le bon prénom). J'ai eu droit à un service impeccable. C'est certain que je rerourne à cette bijouterie si j'ai à m'acheter un autre bijou. Merci pour mes boucles d'oreilles à la fois rondes et carré. XX

Nous avons eu une super expérience à cette boutique, mon conjoint et moi avons été servis par Micheline qui est adorable! J'ai aimé son approche, je me suis senti tout de suite a l'aise, ce qui est rare de nos jour ! Aucune pression et une belle écoute ? merci Micheline!

Worst jeweler. They like to discriminate on people.

The last thing a good seller should do is to treat some potential buyer different because he doesn't look like he thinks someone who has money should. Or ask them "u sure u want that one?cuz it's expensive"

Terrible customer service! My boyfriend purchased my engagement ring from Lavigueur and it was the worst experience. Once Lavigueur has your money they don’t care about customer service. We were told modifications to the ring could easily be made within one month of purchase, this however, proved to be a nightmare. We initially inquired about upgrading the diamond and were told we would be contacted in 7-10 business days because the sale representative was going on vacation. Time went by and nobody contact us with any information. When we contacted Lavigueur, we were told that the sale representative would be gone on vacation for another week and it would have to wait until then. Another week went by and nobody contacted us. We were left completely ignored and unanswered. We needed to chase after sales representatives to get the information we were promised. No apologies were made for the delay or the fact that we were never contacted. We were frustrated with the whole ordeal and finally decided to just keep the diamond. All that was left to do was modify the ring size and setting. We went to the store TWICE to ensure the correct order was placed. My boyfriend even told the sales representative to call me if they had any questions. We were glad the whole ordeal would be over. Two weeks later when it was time to pick up the ring nothing had changed except for the size. They made a mistake with our order and never apologized. Instead, they blamed us, the customers, for not being clear. We had enough. We no longer wanted to do business with Lavigueur. Getting engaged is supposed to be one of the happiest moments in your life. It is supposed to be a memorable experience and the ring is vital component of this experience. It is an expression of love. Lavigueur ruined this experience for me. To make matters worse, my boyfriend and I wrote to the head office TWICE to file a complaint and our letters have gone unanswered. We also phoned TWICE and nobody has contacted us. Ignorance is a theme among Lavigueur. I discourage all couples interested in purchasing an engagement ring to avoid Lavigueur at all costs unless you want a miserable experience.

Terrible experience at this store!!! If I could I would give it 0 stars. I do not recommend shopping at this store. We bought a few items, we spent quite a bit of money that day. One of which of a 10-karat rose gold bracelet. Two weeks afterwards it broke in multiple places. When I went to the store to get an exchange or refund they told me that it's not guaranteed and they can't doo anything for me. Even tough they told us when we purchased the items that there is a one-year guarantee on their products. I filled a complaint with Office de la protection du consommateur and sent them a registered letter to the store and another to the head office. It has been over 2 weeks and I still did not hear from them. I was hoping that we can come to some kind of agreement but I obviously they don't care about their customers. I have no choice but to fill my complaint to the Small Claims Court.

I honestly loved my experienced there! There was a young lady probably in her 20's serving my friend and I. She was amazing. I was so indecisive about what earrings I wanted and she was there with us showing me every single one I wanted to look at! I don't know how are the other workers there but her honestly the best. I wish I got her name.
