★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucune organisation, aucun professionnalisme. Prendre rdv a 14h30 pour ne jamais passer avant 18h30. Des gens qui sont arrivé en cours de soirée en demandant s'il y avait de la place et sont passé avant moi. Il a fallu que je perdes patience!!!!! Très mauvais service.
No organization, no professionalism. Make an appointment at 2:30 p.m. never to go before 6:30 p.m. People who arrived during the evening asking if there was room and went before me. I had to lose my patience !!!!! Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un grand crosseur à éviter. Changement de pneus avec les alliages . Et quand tu parles avec lui pour demander c'est quoi ce prix il me dit c'est mes prix de service mais il y en a pas d'affichage des prix dans le garage. Je me sens arnaqué par ce monsieur.
A great crosser to avoid. Changing tires with alloys. And when you speak with him to ask what is this price he tells me it's my service prices but there are no price displays in the garage. I feel scammed by this gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPÉRIENCE HORRIBLE. Ils ont égratigné mon auto et ils ont complètement nié ! Je suis venu dans ce garage parce que l'un de mes cylindre m'a lâché. Je me suis entretenue avec le propriétaire du garage qui lui m'a confirmé que ma voiture sera inspecter aujourd'hui et qu'il allait me rappeler. Aucune organisation ni professionnalisme. J'ai du lui courir après et le rapeller puisque je n'avais pas eu d'appel durant la journée. Il m'a confirmé que ma voiture était la prochaine a être inspecter. 30 minutes avant la fermeture et toujours pas de nouvelles. Je me rends donc au garage, et j'appercois une égratignure de 30 cm de long sur ma porte de conducteur. J'ai attendue 20 mins avant de parler au propriétaire. Il a complètement nier et il a lever le ton avec moi. Il était extrêmement irrespectueux. Ma voiture était absolument neuve, il n'y avait que ma poignée qui était brisé par rapport à un incident ultérieur. Le propriétaire savait pertinemment qu'il avait fait quelque chose de mal puisqu'il m'a dit qu'il n'allait pas me charger mon inspection et j'ai rétorqué en disant : encore heureux que tu ne vas pas me charger. À la suite de ma réponse il m'a menacé en me disant : Et bien si c'est comme ca, je te jure que je ne te rends pas les clés de ta voiture si tu ne payes pas le diagnostic. Manque de chance pour lui, les clés étaient dans le contact encore. Je suis parti et je vais porter plainte. NE JAMAIS ALLER LA.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They scratched my car and they completely denied it! I came to this garage because one of my cylinder failed me. I spoke with the owner of the garage who confirmed to me that my car will be inspected today and that he will call me back. No organization or professionalism. I had to run after him and call him back since I hadn't had a call during the day. He confirmed to me that my car was next to be inspected. 30 minutes before closing time and still no news. So I go to the garage, and I notice a 30 cm long scratch on my driver's door. I waited 20 mins before speaking to the owner. He completely deny it and he raise his voice with me. He was extremely disrespectful. My car was absolutely new, only my handle was broken from a later incident. The owner knew for a fact that he had done something wrong since he told me he was not going to charge me my inspection and I retorted by saying: still glad you are not going to charge me. Following my answer he threatened me by telling me: Well if it is like that, I swear to you that I will not give you back the keys to your car if you do not pay for the diagnosis. Bad luck for him, the keys were still in the ignition. I left and I will file a complaint. NEVER GO THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we're Saturday and I noticed my tire had a slow leak. Brought it in to Garage Les Gallerie D'Anjou. The owner Sadek informed me he was closed but fixed my slow leak either way. The owner's a nice guy and very professional. Prices are fair.
