★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but not the place if you plan on conversating with your guests, music is quite loud and the restaurant was over crowded. We made reservations 3 days prior for a standard table and didn't get that we got placed wherever. Also, we felt rushed to move on and get out for the next ppl to get our table. A staff member even pulled the stool right out of my son as he was getting up! All in all, I would return to the restaurant but the Laval location it's more my ambiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do think Belle et la Boeuf is overrated. I think it's been praised too much honestly. But the vintage vibe of the restaurant is really nice, the music may be a little loud tho. The food is good, the staff is okay. I recommend it.

The meat patties on my burger were quite dry (overcooked) and an insufficient amount of sauce which would have st least masked the dryness. Service was good, quick and friendly. Speciality cocktails are good. 3 stars only cause of the burger. Chicken wings were good, very large and meaty. Music was a touch too loud. Will eat there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back again.... If you like Mojitos....you HAVE to try the Yuzu Mojito...it tastes like orangina with a hint of mint . Jessa(I hope I got her name right) was the server and she was fantastic. Had the mushroom swiss burger ..you need a knife and fork for that one...but very tasty. I still highly recommend going!
Have been here twice now and probably going back for a third within a week. Most (most) of the staff is great (there's a couple that look down their nose at you) and the food is really quite good, and there's sooooo much of it. Good atmosphere and they do speak English if you need to the help order. This really is quite a good place with fantastic poutine.
