★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up at 4:20 Sunday afternoon and the technician turned me away when they close at 5pm. She said she didn’t have any more time. There was only one client that was getting her eyebrows threaded. Change your business hours if you only accept clients till 4:15!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience there in the end of April 2022.
I took an appointment for armpit wax. Then I show up and I wait my turn as the employee was already with another customer. Another customer arrives after me and wait her turn.
The employee (I didnt take her name but she was asian and had white skin with moles and a big voice) says hi and serves the customer that arrived after me without even paying attention to me.
Then I tell her the situation and she reluctantly serves me while shouting at another employee during all the waxing.
I had to pay 20+ bucks for that horrible experience and will never go there again even if all the services are free.
It used to be a good place but since the change of staff its not anymore.
