Je voulais acheter le Babyliss Pro FoilFx02, je savais qu'ils ne l’avais pas en magasin mais quand j'ai appelé, on m'a dit que je pouvais venir payer le produit d’avance et le récupérer une fois que le magasin l'aurait reçu. Lorsque je suis venu passer ma commande, le vendeur Regis, était extrêmement impoli et avait une attitude très désagréable. Il m'a dit qu'il lui était impossible de passer la commande. J'ai fini par aller à l'emplacement de Saint Denis où j'ai été accueilli par un personnel serviable et compétent. Ils ont passé la commande et dans les 3 jours ouvrables, j'ai pu venir chercher mon produit.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I wanted to buy the Babyliss Pro FoilFx02, I knew they didn't have it in store but when I called I was told I could come and prepay for the product and pick it up once the store would have received it. When I came to place my order, the salesman Regis, was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. He told me that it was impossible for him to place the order. I ended up going to the Saint Denis location where I was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. They placed the order and within 3 business days I was able to pick up my product.
