En tout il a Ă©tĂ© chez moi 8 min, je ne recommanderais pas cette compagnie Ă qui que ce soit.

â â â â â Jâai appelĂ© pour un problĂšme avec ma laveuse et on mâas rĂ©pondu que câĂ©tait normal et que câĂ©tait comme ça que ça fonctionne. 108$ plus tard jâai toujours le mĂȘme problĂšme (et ça le fait plus souvent mĂȘme) et rien nâest rĂ©parĂ©. Le rĂ©parateur est restĂ© 15 minutes chez moi et est reparti.
Faits-vous une faveur et appelez quelquâun dâautre qui pourra au moins essayer de faire quelque chose pour vous.
I called for a problem with my washer and I was told that it was normal and that is how it works. $ 108 later I still have the same problem (and it does it more often than not) and nothing is fixed. The repairman stayed with me for 15 minutes and left.

Nous avons appeler pour une réparation, le diagnostique a été que le bearing de la cuve était brisé et que la laveuse était "foutu". Soumission APPROXIMATIVE de 400-500$ pour la réparation.
Frais de 124$ pour le déplacement (sans aucune réparation) pour 20 minutes.
Recherche sur internet: le kit de bearing coûte de 20$ à 100$ selon la qualité et offre au moins 2 ans de durée de vie de plus à la laveuse.
Expérience trÚs mauvaise et refus de remboursement malgrés la soumission frauduleuse.

AprĂšs avoir payĂ© 108$ pour une Ă©valuation, il estime que le problĂšme de ma laveuse vient du timer. On l'envoie Ă rĂ©parer pour 145$. Ăa fonctionne quelques semaines puis le problĂšme revient. On essaye de me faire croire que le timer n'est plus sous garantie avec un stratagĂšme douteux (comme quoi j'aurai dĂ©montĂ© la piĂšce moi mĂȘme soi disant!). Je finis par parler directement Ă la compagnie qui le rĂ©pare et ils acceptent de le couvrir. Niaisage pendant des jours jusqu'Ă ce qu'il revienne poser le timer re-rĂ©parĂ©. ĂA NE FONCTIONNE TOUJOURS PAS. Il m'a remboursĂ© la piĂšce (hey j'espĂšre!), on est le 10 septembre, le problĂšme est apparu fin mars. J'ai perdu 108$ et en tout 4 mois sans laveuse. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec cet incompĂ©tent malhonnĂȘte. Jamais je ne me serais attendu Ă un service aussi mauvais.
Don't do business with this man. Profound incompetence and dishonesty. It's because of people like that that people don't trust repairers.
