★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faites attention, tous ces électros ne marchent pas comme il faut, le monsieur fait des réparations bidons pour dépanner et vous faire facturer les réparations ensuite, c'est une grande arnaque, j'ai acheté une sécheuse chez lui et je m'en suis servi qu'une seule fois, quand je l'ai appelé pour savoir s'il pouvait passer réparer, il m'a dit (d'avance sans même pas voir la sécheuse) que la pièce défectueuse c'et telle pièce que ça va me coûter tant pour la faire réparer. Sans même avoir vu le problème encore ... Bref, sans parler du service client pourri, son fils et lui sont arrogants et mal polis. à déconseiller vraiment ! Si je pouvais ne pas mettre d'étoile je l'aurai fait mais bon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne mérite aucune étoile, ça mérite vraiment un grand zéro, ne gaspillez pas votre argent, achetez du neuf dans les grands magasins ça va vous coûter beaucoup moins cher parce que quand vous achetez dans ce type de magasin à mauvaise réputation, les appareils tombent souvent en panne et plusieurs fois par an et ça va vous coûter plus qu'un appareil neuf acheté dans un grand magasin à bonne réputation, en plus ce sont des grands arnaqueurs, il vous surfacturent pour leurs appareils défaillants. En plus, ils sont très impolis, ils vous insultent en turque quand vous parlez avec eux au téléphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne jamais acheter d'électro à cet endroit. Ils vendent des laveuses/sécheuses sales (moisissures) et vieilles de 20 ans, qui brisent après leurs 3 mois de garantie. Le personnel est impoli et peu fiable. Ils vous disent que c'est vous qui ne savez pas bien utiliser la laveuse (!) et qu'un temps de séchage de plus de 2 heures est normal... Si vous insistez pour qu'ils les réparent, ils viennent les chercher, vous disent qu'ils ne sont pas brisés et ils vous demandent de l'argent (~200$) pour s'être déplacés. Ils vous menacent si vous refusez de payer... À éviter...
Never buy electro from this place. They sell dirty (mold) and 20 year old washer / dryers, which break after their 3 month warranty. The staff are rude and unreliable. They tell you that you are the one who does not know how to use the washer well (!) And that a drying time of more than 2 hours is normal ... If you insist that they fix them, they will come and get them , tell you that they are not broken and they ask you for money (~ $ 200) for moving. They threaten you if you refuse to pay ... Avoid ...
