★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clear speaker with added depth the sound in general. A little more bass would be nice but no complaints. Sometimes the speaker shuts off or won’t start when you turn on the tv. I push the hdmi bottom on the remote which fixes the issue. Vast improvement when listening to music. May get a subwoofer for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are really happy with our new purchase. My husband was originally the one that wanted this Samsung TV but I have to admit I’m totally impressed. The colour is beautiful, the screen actually seems to show depth and the menu that works with all of our other Samsung products (and my iPhone!!) is great. We are extremely pleased with our purchase (with a Samsung sound bar) and would highly recommend to anyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered bookshelf speakers from them on amazon. delivery was quick and process was generally seamless until I needed to return the item. was issued a return label and accepted return with no issues. cost me over $60 of my money to return to them through UPS. company told me they never received the product, even with proven delivery receipt and GPS delivery info through UPS. they still have not issued me a refund, stating they never received the product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! not sure how they could run a business and feel good about stealing $300 from me. Even if they lost their product that i shipped back to them they still should issue the refund and deal with finding the package they lost themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV came faster than expected. It fit perfectly and is an all around excellent television. It does say 120hz but I have not tested it in any 120fps game on the PS5 at this time.
However, overall it's a great bang for the buck 4K TV upgrade if you currently have a standard 1080p TV like I did. Highly recommended.
Note that I purchased the 50inch model which is good enough for us.
