★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a 2022 Infiniti Q60 and after driving it for a couple of weeks decided that the sound system was blah.
I visited Fortin Auto Radio and met Vince who explained several upgrade options. Rather than trying to upsell me he suggested we start by changing the factory speakers and go from there if necessary. I took his advice and chose the BLAM brand which he told me would make a "night and day" difference. Once installed we I tried them out and wow, he was right, night and day! Since the car already has a factory sub-woofer and there is plenty of volume from the head unit we both agreed there was no need for additional equipment.
Fortin is now my "go to" place and I recommend them to others. Big thanks to Vince for his guidance and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to install TAG for model S, got the best price in town. I knew fortin audio for a long time, the name is well known and etablished. Went back after first visit for follow-up service on a strange noise, lately found out that the first install was done to perfection, my stupid parking tag hagging on the visor was making the strange noise.
Service is A+, got an appointment very fast and a follow-up call to make sure that i will not forget the appointment. I have the chance to meet the installer and he was very cool to acknowledge my concern.
Giulio took very good care of me .

I had a car starter installed at the dealer when I bought my car and 3 Years later it stopped working. I tried many ways to get it repaired and even brought it to the exact person who installed it at the dealer who worked 3hrs on it and couldn't fix it. I then decided to go to Fortin! I already had a stater installed by Fortin on a previous car a few years ago, but I wasn't the one who bought it so I only knew the quality of the product, not the service yet.
When I went to Fortin, I met Julio. He was honest and proposed me the best solution. He even got to find a hole in the busy schedule to book an appointment with as less delay as possible. The service was A1 and the staff really know what they're talking about.
Ended up with a brand new starter on my manual car that works like a charm. The activation sequence that they programmed is so natural, it feels like an automatic car. I also have the app on my phone and it's just amazing. I almost forgot, they programmed everything directly on my OEM car keys so no need for extra remotes plus they managed to give me back the third key I had to buy to originally install the first starter at the dealer.
If you ever need a car starter, never trust the dealers. Go see Fortin right away. Trust me! You'll never regret it!
