L	Loiic Cloutier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire magasin pour acheter des électroménagers. J'ai acheté 7 électroménagers et seulement 3 sur 7 fonctionnaient. Et les délais pour les réparations sont de plusieurs semaines. Worst store to buy appliances. I bought 7 appliances and only 3 out of 7 worked. And the lead time for repairs is several weeks.
C	Ca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESCROCS ! Endroit à éviter à tout prix ! J’ai achete 2 four 2 frigidaires et un set de laveuse secheuse dans ce magasin en avril. Ils ont été livrés en mai avec l’intérieur des frigidaires et des fours manquants et SALES en pleine pandémie Covid. Je suis resté patiente, j’ai dû courrir derrière le patron du magasin, Wilson jusqu’en août (3 mois après livraison) pour obtenir les pièces manquantes, et jusqu’à présent je ne les ai pas toutes reçues. En juin ma laveuse commenca à faire défaut, ne voulant pas les déranger je suis allé à la source, j’ai donc appellé Samsung. À ma grande surprise, L’agent de soutient technique en ligne m’a laisse savoir que l’appareil qui m’avait été vendu (à plein prix) était en fait un appareil DÉFECTUEUX et que l’ancienne propriétaire de l’appareil avait déjà bénéficier de la réparation gratuite depuis 2014. Ces gens la achète les appareils que les grandes compagnies jettent, cache les petits bobos du mieux qu’ils peuvent et s’en lave les mains une fois chez vous. Je suis en attente pour un technicien depuis samedi. Ils refusent d’envoyer un technicien, toujours une excuse ou pas de réponse, ou me raccroche la ligne au nez. Je suis obligé d’appeller à chaque jours sinon le propriétaire du magasin en profite pour s’échapper. Donnez la main ils vous mangerons le bras. Ne laissez pas leur fausse publicité vous avoir, et notez bien qu’ils sont situés à deux magasin, celui-ci et un à Laval, 1711 boulevard des Laurentides. Avec un propriétaire MENTEUR et PROFITEUR il n’y a rien de bon à s’attendre de ces places! SCAMS! Place to avoid at all costs! I bought 2 oven 2 fridges and a washer dryer set from this store in April. They were delivered in May with the interior of the refrigerators and ovens missing and SALES in the midst of the Covid pandemic. I stayed patient, had to run behind store boss Wilson until August (3 months after delivery) to get the missing parts, and so far I haven't received all of them. In June my washer started to fail, not wanting to disturb them I went to the source, so I called Samsung. To my surprise, the online technical support agent let me know that the device that was sold to me (at full price) was in fact a DEFECTIVE device and that the previous owner of the device had Already benefited from the free repair since 2014. These people buy the devices that the big companies throw away, hide the small ailments as best they can and wash their hands of them when you get home. I have been waiting for a technician since Saturday. They refuse to send a technician, always an excuse or no answer, or hangs up the line on me. I have to call every day or the store owner takes the opportunity to escape. Give your hand they'll eat your arm. Don't let their false advertising get you, and note that they are located two stores away, this one and one in Laval, 1711 boulevard des Laurentides. With a LIAR and PROFITOR owner there is nothing good to expect from these places!

C'est super comme endroit, les employés très gentils !! ? GREAT SERVICE!! I shopped for my washer and my fridge at this place, and the same day, the appliances were delivered to my home!! It's a great place, the employees are very nice!! ?
