★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are Ridiculously high for the quality and Exaggerated prices For diamond rings that are worth barely 1000$ when the value at other jewelers are way less expensive and better quality then 10k and 14k with SI or VS diamonds ,They are not Honest in their prices and Bad service Took 30 min before someone could help me For an evaluation
Would not deal with Again Bad experience
it must be because they are paying high rent ,employees hydro + profit So the prices are high for low quality .& They overcharge for evaluating your Gold and diamonds Not recommended

I was also in one of those people who was totally embarrassed when LSM proved me wrong by following up with me the same day and offering exceptional service when it came to repairing my ring I bought 6 years ago.
Be careful about what you believe on the internet and always give them a chance to respond before harshly rating a business.
Francine at the anjou branch took time to personally reply to my review, she called me twice, and took the time to explain and re-explain the repairs that need to be done of my ring.
They were behind fair and completely accomodating. I had a great experience when buying with them and I had a great experience when it came to sorting out repairs years later .
