★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire expérience à vie! Le monsieur a pris 3 mois pour un certificat avec photo et après 3 mois il m'a dit qu'il a complètement oublié . On est allés là bas comme 10 fois et chaque fois il disait demain. Manque de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre. Après trois mois de niaisage et des excuses, on a reprit la bague sans le certificat!
On a aussi donné trois bagues pour se faire graver et changer de taille. Le travail était médiocre et les bagues n'étaient plus rondes. Il a fallu les retourner et le travail était vraiment pas bien fait.
Si vous voulez avoir un bon service, payez un peu plus cher et allez ailleur!
Worst experience for life! The gentleman took 3 months for a photo certificate and after 3 months he told me that he forgot completely. We went there like 10 times and each time he said tomorrow. Lack of professionalism and savoir vivre. After three months of stupidity and apologies, we took the ring back without the certificate!
We also gave three rings to get engraved and change size. The work was poor and the rings were no longer round. They had to be turned over and the work was really not well done.
If you want good service, pay a little more and go elsewhere!
