Lorsque j’ai demandé le prix d’un chapeau, il m’a répondu avec une grande grossièreté: 35$ et devant mon hésitation, il a ajouté que c’était trop cher pour moi. Non ça ne l’était pas surtout que la qualité du produit semblait justifier le prix mais lorsqu’on traite ainsi un client- on ne mérite pas de vente. Cela doit expliquer le magasin vide. Cher gérant ou propriétaire: lorsqu’on est incapable de travailler avec le public de manière aimable, on s’abstient de faire du service à la clientèle.
I think I was served by the owner because no good seller of this kind would treat a future customer as well.
