Merci beaucoup à Gabriel pour son écoute et son temps, j'ai quitté la boutique après moins de 30min avec le téléphone que j'ai attendu plus de 2 mois lorsque j'ai passer une commande en ligne et qui n'est jamais arrivé parce qu'ils avaient annulé ma commande.
Expérience en ligne:
La semaine dernière après près de 2 mois d'attente j'ai contacté le service à la clientèle de Koodo en ligne qui m'ont informé que ma commande avait été annulé par Koodo car le téléphone que j'ai commandé n'était plus disponible! Je n'ai pas été informé de l'annulation de ma commande de plus, en fessant part de mon insatisfaction l'employé m'a simplement recommandé de passer une nouvelle commande pour un autre téléphone sans la promotion disponible il y a 2 mois.
Expérience en boutique:
Promotion appliqué sur le produit que je voulais, l'employé a reconnu que je suis client avec eux depuis 7 ans et m'a accordé la promotion que j'avais il y a 2 mois sur mon nouveau téléphone.

Do not deal with Koodo online, move you to the shop nothing matches the quality of service in person. Thank you very much to Gabriel for his listening and his time, I left the shop after less than 30min with the phone that I waited more than 2 months when I place an order online and that never happened because that they canceled my order.
Online experience:
Last week after almost 2 months of waiting I contacted Koodo's online customer service who informed me that my order had been canceled by Koodo because the phone I ordered was no longer available. ! I was not informed of the cancellation of my order more, fessant part of my dissatisfaction the employee simply recommended me to place a new order for another phone without the promotion available 2 months ago.
Shop experience:
Promotion applied on the product I wanted, the employee recognized that I have been a customer with them for 7 years and gave me the promotion that I had 2 months ago on my new phone.
