They are trying to cover their incompetence! For years we where taking our cars to their garage, but what they done recently it's something very bad! We charge the brakes on our truck and one year and a half, after 20k all 4 breaking disks are completely burned! Keep going back to Canadian Tire garage for the last few months because there were noises coming from the brakes! They sad time after time that everything is OK, even when we provided the video proofs with the noises! 3 weeks ago they said they were made some adjustments but no words of the burned disks, yesterday went back with the same problem, the same noises coming even harder and also in on other wheels, and their answers was that we didn't changed the brakes with them, there was no job on the brakes on their sistem! Unfortunately for them we kept the bill and showed to them, at that moment the guy in charge with the service customer started to be very rood and started to raise his voice to my wife! Never, ever from now on, nobody in my family will never ever do business with that garage! And I will share my experience an all possible platforms for everyone to be able to read and make their decisions after that!

I like this location better than the one in Longueuil. The garden department is much bigger although they have not received all their flowers and potted plants yet.

Don't hang up the phone in my face when I call the store and speak English this is very rude, you can at least try to speak English!!! not hang the phone in my face when I am there to curb-pickup the item I have paid for, calling the store per provided instructions. Won't be shopping here anymore. In this hard economic times (soon going into recession) no vendor including Canadian Tire could afford to treat customers like this, it would completely be your loss since I would be spending my money where my choice of language is respected!! not discriminated against!!

I understand that you want to sell membership cards, but I make a conscious effort to never look at the salesman as I walk into the store, please don't pretend I might be interested... I'm seriously considering not shopping there anymore because of that...

Issues happen, it is inevitable. How we handle issues show our true colours and how much one truely cares about our customers. Edgar, the assistant manager told me, he does not care about online reputation whether it be through Google or Facebook. This after I was passed off from the general manager of the store who told me at the beginning he could not do anything for me. WOW. My in laws asked us to order a surprise Christmas gift for our son. After watching space jam he was to play basketball. My in laws found the item on discount and said that is the one they wanted to purchase. We went ahead and this morning I went to pick up the item trying to fit it into our very busy schedule to try and save the 75$ delivery fee. This #Canadiantire @canadiantire is roughly 5 km's away. I walk into the store and I am told to leave the store and go to their garage. Fine. The workers open the door and have the item basically ready. They put it into my car upside down and close the truck. I am happy and skeptical. Once I arrive at home I remove the box. To my surprise I hear pieces fall out of the box. The box is completely broker, open and falling out. Normally this wouldn't be an issue however considering they tried to hide the condition of the box, it is an item that will be stored until spring I took a partial offence. Go to the store and basically told they will reimburse the item and I can go to any other store and get one. I have experience with this and it is never as simple. I ask them to figure this out to either give me the same item, delivered to my home or to replace the item with a similar product at the same pe. They accepted none of my options and decided to simply refund me. They also knew there were problems with those particular boxes. This is the problem, they refuse to inconvenience themselves for an issue they caused. Yesterday a similar issue happened with another retailer and not only did they make the necessary arrangements, they provided and additional discount. Needless to say I will reorder this item from the other retailer that cares about their customers.

This review is about Auto Centre, everytime I bring my car for an oil change or a change of winter-summer tires (which is about 4 or 5 times a year in total) they come with a long list of "necessary" costly repairs ranging between $300 and $900 that you can accept or decline, they can be very convincing but most of the time I refuse it. Now I know I have to be really careful with these vehicle inspection reports. In March 2021 they told me I had to change the battery but I declined it. It's November and the battery is working perfectly fine. I read multiple reviews about CT Auto Centre and I see why it has such a bad score, many people complain about the same problem. Be aware!
