â â â â â Went to the store, saw these items on clearance, no bar code sticker so no way of checking them out at the counter. I had purchased these items before but only the ones that had a piece of tape with the code number written on them with marker. I wanted to purchase more but the remaining ones had no identifier. I decided to make the purchase online so that maybe they would go get the items and label them. The purchase got cancelled due to "the items not being in stock" when I went there the day prior and the week before that and the items have been there. If I go there right now, the items will be there.
I believe someone was just lazy and decided they were not going to go through the trouble of properly labeling their items to be sold to me.

â â â â â first experience and it will be the last, I tried to return something in the auto service, he treated me like an animal, they told me that we cannot accept this return because you took it 2 weeks ago, why didn't you return it the next day or in the same week, knowing that I haven't used the product and I have the right to return it within a maximum of 90 days as the return policy says

â â â â â Very poor experience buying on-line from this store, order # 6294697951970. Got "Part of your order has been cancelled" message so 9 of 10 ordered items were cancelled BUT! Two weeks later, they are still "available" on their web site.
@Corporate Customer Experience Team: You have the order number so it's simple to learn more about what happened and when, if you have a real desire as well

â â â â â The garage of this canadian tire are fraudulent people who overcharge. I do not reccomend that place. They do a bad job and overcharge. Id recommend that you visit your local garage. Also they are very disrespectful and very racist in my opinion. I will never step my foot in there again. It doesn't matter how cheap it is. My vehicule has never been the same ever since i brought it to this place. Be careful on what they inspect. They might take things if they deem your colour unworthy. BE WARNED!!!!

â â â â â We have purchased 2 days ago a gate that was returning the next morning since the size was wrong.
We figured a return was easy and could get a refund easily but no refund plus we had to get 1 item in exchange for the same value not less but more, I have never seen something like this. We where forced to buy something that we had already at home. I have called twice to talk to
Manager but he is never there. Awful return policies I will never buy anything at Canadian tire again.

â â â â â Worse place ever to shop, #076-2345 (Numeric luggage scale) ⊠place Versailles said they didnât didnât have but the agent was nice enough to check where they can have ( Langelier had 7) ⊠i called before and they confirmed but i ask can you please check the aile because your system might say yes but in the aile it might. Not be there. They said yes itâs there (which i am sure they didnât actually checked) âŠ. i drove 35mn to come and find out they donât have it ⊠spent another 25mn total in store as i was given the run around (go aile 50 or i cannot go away from my aile)
So basically 1hr wasted ⊠i donât mind losing money, or friends because we can always find more but i do mind wasting time because in life itâs something we never get again!
*** UPDATE: (January 12 2022)
Received a compensation which never replace the time lost as money cannot buy EVERYTHING but itâs definitely is a great step forward. Changed the ratting from 1 to 3 ⊠thank you for taking the time to speak and acknowledge my frustration in hope store agent actually do what they said they did which will avoid these situations completely
