★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their inventory is a joke. I checked on the website as usual before going to the store not to waste my time. Get to the store can't find the item so I ask a clerk where i can find them. He says go to Aisle 5. I have already been there and the rack is empty. The inventory on the webpage says 30 in stock.He says they got them on a skid in the back somewhere and its very difficult to find. What kind of inventory software , (if any) do they use!! Time to get up to speed guys, it's 2021! This has happened more than once. So infuriating. What a waste of MY time!

I asked for an employee to take a couple for me and by his face, is would be sooooo complicated to take them down.. so much effort to put.
He did it very unwillingly... People like him shouldn't work with public...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a 0 star i would... They sold my aunt a kitchen aid bowl that had been used and was not even the right model!?!??! The lid didnt even match the bowl!! Take your money and just throw it out and stay home, have a beer. At least you didnt waste your time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove out of my way to this store as their site indicated they had 13 units of an item I am seeking. Got there and they were nowhere to be found. A courteous gentlemen went to check the back and could not find them. He told me the inventory is not up to date and that it should show 0 left. The inventory seriously needs to be kept up to date to save everyone some time and frustration.
Update: I later went on to order it online from this store location and received it the next day!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that I went to the store and they were unable to find it when they clearly have them. While I am glad to have the items, I shouldn't have had to pay shipping for them when I went to the store a week ago to pick them up. Get it together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE: AWFUL SERVICE DELIVERY. I ordered a costly treadmill. I opted and paid extra for a delivery option: In-Home Delivery & Unpack + Installation (as stated on the bill). I verified with Canadian if they would be able to deliver and install it inside my home given the circumstances (lockdown): They said yes. But the delivery person, who came alone, did not put it on my house saying they have new rules. I therefor did not receive the service I paid for. It is unbelievable a solo guy delivers an expensive and heavy equipment by his own. As a result, you get a very damage package (expecting the inside the equipment is not broken or damage).
