★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here went over and above on my recent visit. With my daughters first broken bone and being extremely scared they took the extra time to explain everything and calm her. Thanks to all the staff there on December 23!! FYI the realignment you had to do saved her from surgery. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live outside Sundre and came in because I was having contractions. I wanted to get checked to see if I was in labour.
As I got led to the room, nothing was ready or prepared at all. I felt very uncomfortable at how many people were trained in maternity care [like 3 people]. I was nervous, because I wanted to be taken care of well.
The other fact was when they checked me i said I didn’t want them to do it again or try again, yet they were pressuring me to do it again. So many people came in to pressure me, and it was super overwhelming that nobody supported my decision. I was crying a lot, yet I never heard an apology with how much distress they put me in. I was then transferred to red deer hospital which was a much better place to be in for labour.
