★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe since covid hit they are having a tough time keeping up. I had family in there yesterday and emergency resembled a m.a.s.h. unit. Washrooms dirty. My family member was put in a corner to wait. Her situation should have required monitoring either by staff or a family member, but because of covid no family was permitted to escort and monitor awaiting a doctor. Unfortunately for the Buckingham hospital i was able to compare with another hospital in the region that i had visited this summer. Sad to say Buckingham is trailing seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital goes by quota in the Emergency department and not by seriousness of injury. Too bad if you have broken bones or whatever, they don't care. You need to arrive before 10 am or you will be turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a sore eye, about 4 other people were waiting for service the entire time and not one person moved. No one got any help would never come again. Pretty good lounge, bad hospital. Don’t come here if you need help, more of a pub

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As anglophone that struggles to speak french when in pain or is ill. I was well taken care of. The triage nurse, was very kind was very honest and helped a lot. Dr.Duchane (i may have spelt it wrong) was amazing. She was able to speak in English. Understood my circumstances. All the other nurses were amazing. Thank you for making a ? scary situation a positive one. Thank you for providing care and not just treatment. Merci Beaucoup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only used the emergency room once here but I had a good experience. The hospital is on the dated side but the staff is very good and attentive. I didn’t have to wait long either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had minor surgery today at this hospital. Everything about it was as wonderful as it could possibly be. I was called way before the surgery by an incredibly nice woman who explained everything in detail and answered all my questions - and then gave me her direct extension so I could call if I had any other concerns. The surgery today went very well and everything around it was terrific - the hospital staff, the surgical team. I know that everyone has been stressed during this time of the pandemic but it did not show around me today. I highly recommend this hospital and will always be grateful for my experience today. Thank you SO much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let my say they have very good Doctors at this Hospital, my Husband went to emergency last October and was diagnosed with a Heart condition, even the reason for going was a different one, our Family Doctor never picked up on it even. I would give this Hospital a 4.5 for the quality of Doctors and a 3.5 for the Nurses, many are very nice and professional some are unfriendly and rude. But the worst are the Receptionists, how can they keep staff that has such a lack of interest in their job, we stood in front of the Receptionist in Emergency( with a very sick Heart Patient) for 10 min while she was chatting with a colleague ignoring us and avoiding eye contact , I had to call her out to give us service, needless to say she felt interrupted and was therefore rude on top of it, afternoon of June 22.,
