★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, lots of diversity of products (perfume, cosmetics, clothes, shoes etc.). You may find most of popular brands but a bit pricey. I recommend specially during sales season!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had at a department store. I was being served by the male cashier who was amazing and helpful. The faux white haired blond woman was being totally discriminator toward me even though her colleague asked her to stop. I ended up leaving my purchases and will never return there again. DISGUSTED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating shopping experience. Tried purchasing an item that had 25% off with an additional promotional 15% if you paid with anything other than an HBC Mastercard. The first cashier took about 10 minutes to finally end up not giving a discount due to the system not working. I decided to try my luck with another cashier and he was not aware of the promotion, saying that the 15% was only if you paid with the HBC card (which isn’t true because it clearly said “15% discount without the credit card”). The cashier then lied to me, saying that it wasn’t applicable for me since my item was on clearance. Being frustrated I just bought the item and left. I then verified through the website if I was elligible for the discount and turns out I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the top store in town but reasonably well stocked and many ongoing sales always available. Clean and bright premises with friendly staff. Could use a few more "cashier" to expedite paying for you purchases!

Veronique at the Perfume department in the Baie Hudson helped us that day. She was patient and willing to help. It showed she loves her work. She did it with passion. We appreciate people like that !
I highly recommend to go see her for your next perfume purchase. She has great service !!
