Walmart Supercentre - Olds

I called in for a simple item and got told that I was getting transferred, then I got told that nobody was in that section and I would have to wait or come in myself instead of someone going and looking for me… Not impressed

I had a very bad experience with walmart master card. I applied a walmart master card four years ago and I canceled and paid the balance before I left Canada. Right now I was in Canada again and I found i had near 100 dollars balance in my account. I called and asked them to email me the details of my balance. The representative refused. I got bad credit because of it.

The service was very good. The selection on the items were great too, typical of a Walmart Supercenter! The staffs were very friendly and easy check out as well. The whole place was very well maintained and in a great location as well. The deals that were on, were pretty good as well. Overall a very good place to shop for pretty much everything you'll need for the house. Fun fact- you can even get the furnace filter here!

I had a horrible experience on my online order in Walmart Canada. I order a parcel on Mar 6 online and it was supposed to be delivered on Mar 25 at the store in Olds. Nothing arrived on that day. So I called and the order was on transit (no notification received) I went to the store nothing. I got an email with order arrived at the store in Olds, got there 2 items from the parcel were delivered. I asked for the rest and they had no clue about them. Called customer services for an update and they told me that they will contact the seller for an update but they were not sure about the rest of the order and told me to call later. Walmart had no idea of my item and didn’t know how to track the items, cancel the order. Next day got an email with notification the order arrived. I called the store in Olds requesting a manager to call me back to verify. I called a third time (a charm) and got the supervisor. I explained my problem and advised her that I will check the order (Apr 7). The order arrived, yeah! but I already cancelled as nothing showed on Walmart system. However Olds store can’t refund my order as it was online and was told to deal with the third party. Still waiting for the remainder on my purchase charges from Mar 6. Totally disappointed to be call a liar from both ends and not able to have someone take care of my case. Walmart doesn’t take ownership of the online purchases and makes customers deal with a third party seller, even though everything was purchased from Walmart. Every time you call the online customer service, your call is sent to India and no one wants to help you. Walmart should take care of their online purchases instead of passing you off to their suppliers Do not buy anything online Walmart will not garante your purchase at all.

My husband took a picture of my glucose meter into the pharmacy he showed it to the lady at the pharmacy and asked for the test strips for it (it's an Accu-Guide) and he was given test strips for Accu-Chek Aviva, I called back and spoke with the pharmacist and after a great deal of trouble with him understanding what I was trying to tell him I was told to bring them back and they would have to give me a refund because they didn't have the ones I needed in stock......well took them back today and was told once they leave the pharmacy no refunds and nottheirproblem they gave us the wrong product...tried to take them to customer service for a refund and the pharmacist called up there while in line and told them we were not to get a refund.....won't be shopping at Walmart again because I'm out $85.97

Walmart failed us during the pandemic. This location was not enforcing masks policy. Walmart never had to close due to the pandemic. The least they could have done was to enforce a health policy. I have been avoiding them as much as I can since.

To the woman in the electronics department who was working the night shift today: thank you so much. I have been having the most overwhelming month of college and she helped me find a battery that I urgently needed for my watch tomorrow. Believe it or not, you made my day. Thank you:)

Has the majority of things people think they need. Wheelchair friendly. Hair salon inside along side Pizza 73. Has electronic section, Pet section, health and beauty, Pharmacy, home and garden, office, kitchen, bathroom sections. And a grocery store.
