Je dois dire que j'étais allée pour cette même réparation dans une autre bijouterie (du même centre d'achat) et la dame m'avait clairement indiqué que mon bijoux ne valait pas la peine d'être réparé puisque ''de peu de valeur'' selon elle. Elle s'est plutôt empressée de vouloir me vendre autre chose . Je me suis sentie jugée et très peu écoutée. M. Serge de la bijouterie Clin D'Oeil a fait un excellent boulot sur mon pendentif et il fût très empathique à mon besoin. Je recommande fortement cette bijouterie où j'ai senti que chaque client vaut la peine d'être écouté et bien servi!!!! Bravo! I went to have a pendant of sentimental value repaired for me at the Clin D'Oeil jewelry store and I was VERY well served. I must say that I had gone for this same repair to another jewelry store (from the same shopping center) and the lady had clearly indicated to me that my jewelry was not worth repairing since '' of little value '' according to her. Rather, she was quick to want to sell me something else. I felt judged and very little listened to. Mr. Serge from Clin D'Oeil jewelry did an excellent job on my pendant and he was very empathetic to my needs. I highly recommend this jewelry store where I felt that every customer is worth listening to and well served !!!! Well done!
