Voilà plus de 2 semaines et demi sont passées, et la bague n'est toujours pas réparée, sous prétexte que le patron était en vacances. Je suis extrêmement déçue du fait qu'une pierre soit tombée après si peu de temps, et particulièrement du service après vente qui laisse fortement à désirer dans mon cas.
A diamond fell from my wedding ring 6 months after the purchase. Then, at the time of the repair, the manager told me that the repair would be 10 days, at most. That's more than 2 and a half weeks passed, and the ring is still not repaired, under the pretext that the boss was on vacation. I am extremely disappointed that a stone fell after such a short time, and particularly after sales service that leaves much to be desired in my case.
