Unbelievable! They speak to their client with such disrespect. They will do all kind of tricks to overcharge you. It was such a unprofessional service and I will never forget how mistreated I felt. Also, while I was talking she just cut me. I DO NOT the recommend this place.

Cost me almost 50 dollars to have batteries changed in 2 watches. Reason why it was so expensive was because the battery comes from Switzerland. Good one but they were 4.95 each on Amazon. Would NOT recommend because this was very greedy on their behalf. Gang de crosseurs!

Avoid Bleu Saphir. It has been over one month since the first time receiving a ring from Bleu Saphir and it is still incorrect. My partner ordered a ring for me to mark our commitment, a very special occasion with a unique memory of her presenting it to me. Unfortunately, the memories have been nothing but poor service and issues. The ring has three crossed gold bands with 9 small stones in between them. The bands ordered were in all white gold with one (1) rose gold band. 1) When she first received it, the band was yellow gold, not rose gold. 2) There were only 8 stones, instead of 9. She showed the sales people who denied that it was missing. Only after she left and again verified in the car 5 minutes later, did she bring it back for them to examine closer when they finally admitted it was missing. They took it back and had the stone replaced. 3) I received it one week later. We discovered that it was too big (the ring was a surprise, so it was difficult to assess my size without revealing the surprise). I took it back to be made smaller. The ring came back in a horrible state. The band was bent, extremely thin, and weak - it bent at the slightest pressure. There was also a scratch at the top front. I took it back myself requesting the band to be redone to be made thicker and stronger, for the scratch to be fixed, and reported that the ring was ordered to have only one band of rose gold and not yellow gold. 4) Three weeks later, my partner was called on a Thursday afternoon to say the ring was ready. We both arrived to pick it up on Friday evening. We were very excited to finally have no issues with the ring. However, when we arrived, the sales lady said the ring was NOT ready and we were called by mistake. We left, extremely disappointed. 5) The next Monday, we were again called to say the ring was ready. After receiving it the next day, the ring that arrived now had only yellow and rose gold (again, not the one rose gold band with white gold as originally ordered). The band is still bent, there is a new dent on the side of the ring, and a rough scratch near one of the stones. We are exhausted and emotionally drained with this experience. It has come close to ruining the entire meaning of this ring. Not only is the work sloppy, but the sales people are condescending and rude. When I commented that the ring edges are very sharp on the inside (half of it is hollow), I was told that I am not used to wearing gold rings and that is how they are all made. To me, the metal shouldn't make a difference...if the ring hurts, the ring hurts. With Valentines Day approaching, shoppers should avoid this place at all costs. There are many many other shops to go to out there. Update: finally received completed ring in March after three months of their poor service. Within 5 days the rose gold faded/wiped away- I looks like it was barely painted on with a brush. Now five months later, the ring is tarnished and dull. All efforts to protect it were taken. Never worn while washing, gardening, applying cream, baking, etc... never used any harsh jewelry cleaner either.
