AUCUNE EXCUSE !!!! Je suis allé de fois et les deux fois sa étais une horrible expérience !!! La première avec un homme j'ai laisser passer je suis retourner la deuxième fois avec une femme cette fois si je vous confirmes PLUS PRÉTENTIEUX et ARROGANTS qu'eux sa n'existe pas !!!!
En gros si tes pas pour acheter quelque chose sur le moments même, pause même pas questions !!! Un peut plus tu paye juste pour voir !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si j' aurais pu mettre 0 je l aurais fais ,je retournais ma bague pour la deuxième fois parce que la bague que j ai acheter la pert ses pierres juste en lavant la vaisselle et la femme m a presque traiter de menteuse en me disait que c' étais moi le problème et que je m étais écrasée la main dans une porte et qu'elle ne l'a reprenais pas plus jamais que j irai acheter la je voulais retourner pour mes alliances mais pas question d y retourner
If I could have put 0 I would have done it, I returned my ring for the second time because the ring I bought lost its stones just by washing the dishes and the woman almost called me a liar by telling me that it was me the problem and that I had crushed my hand in a door and that she never took it back again that I will go buy the I wanted to return for my wedding rings but no question of going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sur 5 montres que j'ai amenées pour remplacement de piles, 2 sont revenues abîmées... Je ne recommande pas du tout. La réparation du boîtier et du bracelet me coûtera dans les 200$.
Out of 5 watches I brought for battery replacement, 2 came back damaged ... I don't recommend at all. Repairing the case and bracelet will cost me around $ 200.

En premier lieu, je suis venu une première fois choisir une bague que j’offrais à une personne, j’ai choisi cette dernière (voir photo) et j’ai demandé à la gérante Christina si on pouvait changer la taille, elle m’a répondu que oui et cela sera fait dans un délais d’une semaine.
Après quelques jours, on m’appelle me dire que la bague était prête et à ma grande surprise, voilà comment ils l’ont arrangé. Une simple barre (probablement en acier selon la vendeuse) qui serait elle aussi ajustable. Puisque la bague n’est pas pour moi, je ne pouvais pas la refuser à l’instant T. J’ai demandé à la gérante si je pouvais la montrer à la personne concernée et s’il ne l’acceptait pas je la retournerai ou l’échangerai. Sans problème! Me dit Christina, le lendemain je reviens et on me dit que le remboursement n’est pas possible, la gérante n’est pas là, il faut choisir une autre bague, mais aucune d’elle ne serait ajustable … on me demande de porter plainte si je ne suis pas content & que je devrais la garder avec cette barre de metale ou l’echanger contre une autre que je ne pourrais ajuster.
I am outraged by my experience with this store.
First, I came for the first time to choose a ring that I was offering to a person, I chose the latter (see photo) and I asked the manager Christina if we could change the size, she answered yes and it will be done within a week.
After a few days I got a call saying the ring was ready and to my surprise this is how they fixed it. A simple bar (probably steel according to the seller) which would also be adjustable. Since the ring is not for me, I could not refuse it at the moment T. I asked the manager if I could show it to the person concerned and if he did not accept it I would return it or exchange it. No problem! Said Christina to me, the next day I come back and they tell me that the refund is not possible, the manager is not there, you have to choose another ring, but none of them would be adjustable… they ask me to wear Complaint if I'm not happy & should keep it with this metal bar or exchange it for one that I couldn't fit.
