★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can buy here Traditional clothing for our cold Canadian winters. Shirts, jackets and pants made with Resistant fabrics that does not tear easy. Wear them to work outside. Thick shoes and boots for icy pavements. Curiously, I found nurse overhalls and winter coats for girls.
One Lady organizing the stocks helped me find products at a discounted price. She was helpful, kind and very professional. I want to thank here here publicly. You are one of the best person i met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just tried to go to this store inside Galleries d'Anjou just now because Google said it was open until 9. It was 7:50. Galleries d'Anjou is closed. The least they could do is update their hours online to save us the hassle and from wasting our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of this store definitely doesn't know what customer service is. The first time, I went to the story I asked her about the return policy since I wasn't sure about the size of my shoes and wanted to try at home. Isteand of answering my question, she gived me rudely the recipe and said it's written on it. Than a week later I went back to change my shoes, she didn't even say Hello and start telling me I cannot change my shoes if I work for a company and the reason was because it would give her an extra work because she has to go find the paper that my work gived to me from the backstore than do the transaction. Than she did the change and at the end she didn't gihe me my receipt since her name was on it and I told her I will talk yo customer service about my bad experience at the store.
