À16:57, heure de mon cellulaire j’entre dans le bureau de poste, je suis le seul client. Les deux dames employés, fin cinquantaine refuse de prendre mon paquet en disant qu’ils sont fermés et il me pointe leur vieille horloge au mur indiquant 17:03. Ils me disent de repasser lundi. Je leur explique qu’il est indiqué sur leur porte que le bureau ferme à 17:00. Il ne veulent rien entendre et me disent que malheureusement il ne peuvent me servir. Je leur glisse à la blague qu’il ne devrait pas avancer leur horloge pour terminer plus tôt. Ne vous demandez pas pourquoi Poste Canada a autant de misère face à leur concurrence avec un tel service. Friday evening October 01, I'm in a hurry to drop off a last minute package. At 4:57 p.m. on my cell phone I walk into the post office, I'm the only customer. The two ladies employees, in their late fifties refuse to take my package, saying they are closed and he points to their old clock on the wall saying 5:03 pm. They tell me to come back on Monday. I explain to them that it says on their door that the office closes at 5:00 PM. They don't want to hear anything and tell me that unfortunately they can't help me. I tell them jokingly that he shouldn't bring their clock forward to finish earlier. Don't ask yourself why Canada Post has such a hard time competing with such a service.
D	Delphine Senicourt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service exécrable. 4ème fois que je me rends à ce bureau de poste et c'est la dernière car à chaque fois il y a un problème. L'employée m'a quand même demandé d'accélérer mon paiement à 4:58 et a refusé de me vendre des timbres! On croit rêver! C'est vraiment scandaleux de la part d'un service public. Caroline du bureau de poste du Pharmaprix juste à côté est bien plus aimable. Terrible service. 4th time I go to this post office and this is the last because every time there is a problem. The clerk still asked me to expedite my payment at 4:58 am and refused to sell me any stamps! We think we are dreaming! It is truly scandalous on the part of a public service. Caroline from the Pharmaprix post office next door is much nicer.
É	Étienne Gagné on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le jour ils sont bien fins et souriants mais arrivez pas 30 minutes avant la fermeture ils refusent de donner certains services et se réfèrent à l'autorité de la Couronne pour se justifier. Elles ont aussi dit que ce que je voulais faire était trop long et qu'elles était seules. Pourtant au Pharmaprix à côté j'ai été servi par une employée seule et on avait fini avant 17h. Faut croire que les employés non syndiqués font mieux leur job. During the day they are smart and smiling but don't arrive 30 minutes before closing time they refuse to provide certain services and refer to the authority of the Crown to justify themselves. They also said that what I wanted to do was too long and that they were alone. However, at the Pharmaprix next door, I was served by a single employee and we were done before 5 p.m. You have to believe that non-unionized employees do their job better.
