★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a post office box when I moved to town, but they didnt activate it properly, so all my stuff was sent back for two months until they noticed. Got to pay a lot of double shipping for that. Asked more than three times to stop getting fliers and junk with a different rep everytime, apparently none of them bothered to do it. And now theyre going to send back a package I got, that they apparently had for over a week before they gave me the notice card, which happened to be the week I was gone for work training. And of course they cant redeliver it for whatever reason or forward it. Very done with Canada Post these days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude service by the male employee James, behind the counter. Needed a receipt for dropping off the parcel at the post office. When asked for it, he was keep shrugging his shoulders and started to preach about the content in boxes are illegal to drop, which we already had a printed labels, and in the past had been dropped off as well, without any hassle with other friendly female employees.
Phoned right way to their toll free service and agent confirmed that the content is legal and if customer ask for the receipt, server should provide. Had to take his id no to lodge the formal complaint (which he was not willing to provide and started to yell at me, that he do not know, when turned on the phone speaker, and agent asked his id no. only then he provided)
This person (behind the till) need a proper training to deal with the customers (smile is always miles away on his face) and also should know about the postal office procedures that if someone needs a receipt for dropping the parcel, just give it to them. Do not harass them (possibly he was taking it as extra work to print the receipt or his intentions were not right, as it was not cheap stuff)
No wonder people using UPS and Fedex more these days, when you face this kind of rude service by government run enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver that takes care of Harrison Green in olds is lazy said they attempted to deliver a very important package but it couldn't be delivered. Please tell me why it wasn't able to be delivered aside from your driver being to lazy to get out and do its job. Never have a good experience with this post office.
