Je suis vraiment déçu du service...La conseillère n'avait pas l'air a trop avoir envie de me conseiller ou de me vendre les produits....

J'ai questionné la conseillère à savoir quel produit entre le (1) Blond Absolu Cicaflash fondant fortifiant de Kérastase et (2) le masque Blond Absolu de Kérastase neutralisait le mieux la nuance doré. Bref, elle m'a conseillé le premier produit susmentionné de la gamme. Toutefois, arrivée à la maison, j'ai constaté qu'il était peu pigmenté. C'est vraiment fâchant de se faire orienter vers un produit dont je n'ai pas besoin puisqu'il ne correspond pas aux critères que j'avais spécifié.
I am really disappointed with the advice I received. I questioned the counselor about which product between the (1) Absolute Blond Cicaflash melting fortifying Kérastase and (2) the mask Kérastase Absolute Blond best neutralized the golden shade. In short, she advised me the first product mentioned above in the range. However, when I arrived home, I noticed that he was poorly pigmented. It's really annoying to be referred to a product I do not need because it does not meet the criteria I specified.

Be careful, they are the biggest thieves! They charged me double the price for shampoo on top of poor service. I strongly advise against !!!!
