★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very aloof clinique saleswoman, and did not want to serve us. Rather reticent to help us, didn’t answer my greetings, and denied us samples.. first time someone from clinique is not friendly and helpfull being as I am a very good customer of this brand. Was buying for at least a $100 . When asked about the difference fron a cream and a gelato, said it was the same and until I asked for more details, was a little more especific. I hope Clinique or The bay instruct the salesperson better on customer service in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened at 10 sharp, very nice. The usual assortment of nauseating perfume counters that are unavoidable to get anywhere else in the store. Was disappointed by the very small selection of Legos, which were my reason for visiting. Nice clean store, anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up an order. Took 30 minutes. I went to the Linen cash desk on the 2nd floor, as instructed. Waited there. Turns out it's at the women's cash desk on the 1st floor. Waited there too. Then, guess what, the orders are not stored in the same area they need to go find it. Then they need to call someone to close the order. :P
I thought curbside pickup would be long. Wrong guess, maybe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell inferior cooking pans that rust after one use and then they say they are not warrantied because you used them once , Hudson bay was one of the best retail company's and I always trusted them , after this experience they are less than lousy , will never buy from them again , and now I see why companies like Amazon will leave Hudson bay in the dust . Don't buy there cooking pans.
