★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHAT EN LIGNE INJUSTE ** J'ai droit à 5 coupons rabais de 50$ que je dois prendre en ligne puisque j'avais acheté en ligne. Par contre on m’oblige à placer 5 commandes en ligne différentes pour utiliser mes 5 coupons alors qu'en boutique on peut utiliser les 5 coupons sur la même commande. Donc, le total d'une commande par exemple de 100$ reviens à payer 50$ plus les frais de livraison de 20$ x 5 commandes.... alors ce n'est pas 50$ que vous offrez c'est beaucoup moins qu'en boutique. Vos notes légales ne font pas mention de ce processus sur les coupons en ligne reçus... alors pourquoi acheter en ligne ??? si on pas droit au même rabais qu'en boutique par la suite. Mes achats de l'année 2017 s’élèvent à 1273,22 $, alors c'est de cette façon que RW traite ses bonnes clientes car je n'ai eu aucune réponse valable au service à la clientèle en ligne. Merci de votre écoute. .
 UNJUST ONLINE PURCHASE ** I am entitled to 5 $ 50 rebate coupons that I must take online since I purchased online. On the other hand, I am forced to place 5 different online orders to use my 5 coupons, while in the store we can use the 5 coupons on the same order. So, the total of an order for example of $ 100 comes down to paying $ 50 plus the delivery costs of $ 20 x 5 orders .... then it is not $ 50 that you offer it is much less than 'in store. Your legal notes do not mention this process on the online coupons received ... so why buy online ??? if you are not entitled to the same discount as in a boutique afterwards. My purchases for 2017 amount to $ 1,273.22, so this is how RW treats its good customers because I have had no valid response to online customer service. Thank you for your attention. .

Je suis aller avec quelqu’un de ma famille et c’est elle qui m’amenait tout le linge et fessait la job de la jeune dame qui travaillait là et qui avait l’air de s’en foutre pas mal ... Je suis sorti avec une facture de 300$ donc j’aurais apprécié un meilleur service.
Fine linen, but unfortunately the service is poor .... I go with someone from my family and it was she who brought me all the linen and spanked the job of the young lady who worked there and who seemed to give a damn fine ... I went out with a $ 300 bill so I would have appreciated a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vous avez de beaux vêtements!! Mais très déçue de la gérante du magasin de la place Rosemère!! J’ai acheté une blouse blanche avec une grosse tache de fond de teint sur le collet!! Il y en avait juste une de ma grandeur! La gérante a lavé la tache qui a partie à moitié!! Elle a refusé de me donner un rabais!! Habituellement, le marchand donne un rabais quand le vêtement est sale ou endommagé!! Elle m’a répondu: vous avez le choix de ne pas l’acheter Mme!!! Avec un air condescendant! ?♀️ On repassera pour le service à la clientèle!!?♀️
You have beautiful clothes !! But very disappointed with the manager of the Place Rosemère store !! I bought a white blouse with a big stain of foundation on the collar !! There was just one of my size! The manager washed the stain which was half gone !! She refused to give me a discount !! Usually the merchant gives a discount when the garment is dirty or damaged !! She replied: You have the choice not to buy it Mrs. !!! With a condescending air! ?♀️ We will come back for customer service !! ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour, je suis aller magasiner aujourd'hui pour un nouveau Suit et j'ai reçu un service impeccable de la Gérante du Magasin. Elle Connaissait vraiment ses produits et elle était très courtoise.
J'ai aussi reçu de l'aide se son équipe et j'ai pu constater qu'il avait été très bien entraîner.
Vraiment une destination à venir.

Hi, I'm going shopping today for a new Suit and I've received impeccable service from the Store Manager. She really knew her products and she was very courteous.
I also got help from his team and I could see he was very good at training.

J'adore cette boutique puisque la majortié de ma garde-robe provient de chez RW et CO. Cependant j'ai été très déçue lors de ma visite ce samedi. Le service était médiocre? Pourtant il n'y avait pas d'achalandage au moment de ma visite. La conseillère en vente voyait bien que j'avais besoin d'aide et de conseils, mais jamais elle a pris le temps de venir me voir.

I love this store since the majortié of my wardrobe comes from RW and CO. However, I was very disappointed during my visit this Saturday. The service was poor? Yet there was no traffic at the time of my visit. The sales consultant could see that I needed help and advice, but she never took the time to come see me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite au magasin dimanche le 19 décembre. Les deux demoiselles, par expérience clairement short staff pour l'achalandage et ça n'a même pas paru dans la qualité de leur service. J'ai complètement oublié le nom de ma vendeuse mais wow, super bon service et elle m'a aidé à tout trouver ce dont j'avais besoin. Good job au deux super employées qui étaient là à l'ouverture du magasin. Très satisfaite!
Visit to the store on Sunday December 19. The two young ladies, by experience clearly short staff for the traffic and it did not even appear in the quality of their service. I completely forgot my salesperson's name but wow, great service and she helped me find everything I needed. Good job to the two great employees who were there when the store opened. Very satisfied!
