★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habituellement j'ai du bon service, mais cette fois-ci c'était épouvantable. J'ai eut énormément de difficulté avec l'ajustement d'un pantalon, autant de la part des tailleurs que des vendeuses qui ne savent pas du tout prendre les mesures. On m'a fait comprendre que j'étais difficile, et jai eut le droit a toute sorte d'explication qui n'avaient pas de sens. On m'a même dit de choisir une autre marque la prochaine fois, comme si c'était ma faute!! Ils ont même scrapé une paire de pantalon a cause de leur tailleur. Finalement, on m'a laissé partir avec des pantalons pas ajusté sans aucune excuse. Je me suis donc rendu au ernest carrefour laval. En voyant le pantalon, la vendeuse a tout de suite vue qu'il n'était pas bien ajusté. Ils ont repris le travail et c'était bien fait dès la première fois. La prochaine fois j'irai a laval, plus jamais a rosemere!!!
 Usually I have good service, but this time it was terrible. I had a lot of difficulty with the fitting of trousers, as much from the tailors as from the salesgirls who do not know how to take the measurements at all. I was made to understand that I was difficult, and I had the right to any kind of explanation that did not make sense. I was even told to choose another brand next time, as if it was my fault !! They even scraped a pair of pants because of their tailor. Finally, I was let go with pants not fitted without any excuse. I went to ernest carrefour laval. Seeing the pants, the saleswoman immediately saw that it was not well adjusted. They went back to work and it was done right the first time. Next time I will go to Laval, never again to Rosemere !!!

De loin la pire accueil jamais recu venant d'une vendeuse!
Je ne sais pas si c'est le manque d'employé ou l'épuisement qui rend votre service à la clientèle aussi médiocre, mais je n'ai jamais été servi par une vendeuse aussi arrogante et hautaine de toute ma vie!
Toute cette arrogance seulement parce qu'à notre arrivé au magasin, il n'y avait personne sur le plancher, alors j'ai prit un chandail dans mes mains pour regarder le collet, SANS LE DÉPLIER et ensuite voulu le remettre à sa place. Elle est tout à coup sortie du backstore, à peine capable de dire bonsoir qu'elle me lance d'un ton arrogant : "eeee non remet pas ca là quand même!" Et prend le dit chandail de mes mains.
Je lui dis alors que je suis désolé, je voulais simplement le remettre à sa place, je ne l'ai pas déplié.
Puis elle me retorque encore d'un ton arrogant : "Bin même à ca, s'pas l'fun!"
Je croyais que c'étais une blague, tellement je ne croyais pas mes oreilles la manière dont elle me parlait et son attitude! Je sais à quel point c'est désagréable quand les gens viennent en magasin défaire tout le facing et c'est pourquoi je fais toujours ULTRA attention de ne rien déplier et tout remettre en place. C'est la première fois qu'on me parle ainsi car j'ai "touché" un morceau de linge. Elle a ensuite demandé à mon conjoint ce qu'il cherchait, mais clairement, on la dérangeait et faire une vente ne l'interessait pas dutout!
Nous sommes partie aussi vite que nous sommes arrivé.
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des "bad reviews" sur des employées , car moi-même , je travaille avec la clientèle et ca arrive à tout le monde d'avoir des mauvaises journées. Mais le service recu de la part de votre employée a été à un niveau quasi innacceptable. Je vous suggère donc de revoir avec elle la manière d'accueillir la clientèle en magasin.??♀️

By far the worst welcome ever received from a saleswoman!
I don't know if it's the lack of staff or burnout that makes your customer service so poor, but I've never been served by such an arrogant and haughty saleswoman in my entire life!
All this arrogance only because when we got to the store there was no one on the floor, so I took a sweater in my hands to look at the collar, WITHOUT UNFOLDING IT and then wanted to put it back in its place. She suddenly came out of the backstore, barely able to say goodnight when she gave me an arrogant tone: "eeee don't put it back there anyway!" And takes the said sweater from my hand.
I then tell him I'm sorry, I just wanted to put it back in its place, I didn't unfold it.
Then she retorts me again in an arrogant tone: "Well that's even that, s'pas l'fun!"
I thought it was a joke, so much I couldn't believe my ears the way she spoke to me and her attitude! I know how unpleasant it is when people come to the store to undo all the facing and that's why I always take ULTRA care not to unfold anything and put everything back in place. It is the first time that one speaks to me thus because I "touched" a piece of linen. She then asked my partner what he was looking for, but clearly, she was bothered and making a sale did not interest her at all!
We left as quickly as we arrived.
I'm not used to doing "bad reviews" on employees, because I myself work with customers and everyone has bad days. But the service received from your employee was at an almost unacceptable level. I therefore suggest that you review with her the way of welcoming customers to the store.
