★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brougth back a sweater that had a defect. As the cashier was putting it back on a hanger I told her that the sweater was defective. Her answer to me was "it doesn't matter, someone will buy it anyway".
WOW what a policy! Let's intentionally screw people over! Not buying there ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandemic aside, the staff isn’t friendly or welcoming. Too much on the racks you can’t even pick up a shirt without having to lift off 10 others just to get room. A lot of items have pictures coming off the shirt, or sweaters with pulls )which they’ll still sell at full price).
With the pandemic, people still try on clothes while staff are together talking and don’t pay attention to the back of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually, I'd recommend this store. However, in a covid environment, they haven't apapted well. They expect you to buy clothes without trying them as they've closed their changing rooms. A great way to push people towards online vendors like Amazon...
