★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire expérience de toute ma vie. Mes vêtements me sont redonnés tout croches, certains vêtements ne me faisaient même plus. Je me suis présentée sur les lieux pour demander à ce que ce soit arrangé ou qu'on me rembourse... je me suis fait crier dessus par les employés qui disaient que leur travail etait parfait... j'ai appelé la propriétaire afin de faire part de la situation et on ne m'a meme pas laissé expliquer en totalité l'experience que j'ai vécu. On m'a dit seulement de me présenter sur place ( encore une fois) et elle verrait ce qu'elle peut faire mais, cela pourrait me couter encore de l'argent... pour LEUR erreur, une jupe que je ne peux meme pas porter...
 Worst experience of my life. My clothes were given back to me all crooked, some clothes didn't even fit me anymore. I showed up at the scene to ask for it to be fixed or for a refund ... I got yelled at by the employees who said their job was perfect ... I called the owner so to share the situation and I was not even allowed to fully explain the experience I had. I was only told to show up there (again) and she would see what she can do but, it might cost me more money ... for THEIR mistake, a skirt that I can't even not wear ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La madame qui travail a la réception pendant la semaine ne devrais pas travailler avec le publique! Elle semble fâchée de faire des bords de pantalon ou modification sur des vêtements. Je suis aller le 31 mars 2022 c’est elle qui travaillais a la réception et je confirme que c’était la dernière fois que j’allais la bas! La façon qu’elle agie avec les gens c’est incroyable… ce n’est pas la première fois que je constate ceci . Si vous avez besoin absolument d’y aller je vous suggère d’y aller la fin de semaine ou simplement d’aller ailleurs
The lady who works at the reception during the week should not work with the public! She seems angry about making pants edges or altering on clothes. I went on March 31, 2022, she was the one working at the reception and I confirm that it was the last time I was going there! The way she acts with people is amazing...it's not the first time I've seen this. If you absolutely need to go there I suggest you go there on the weekend or simply go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought on some articles of clothing to repair, asked to use pockets from one pair of pants to repair another. They took the pockets from a 3rd pair, destroying 2 pieces of clothing instead of one. Cannot be relied on. Way more expensive than other local tailor shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is insulting and customer UNfocused! The seams and lengths of pants are uneven. Worst work I’ve ever seen and it happened on two occasions. There won’t be a third! Instead of apologizing for the error the owner accuses your body of being the problem. I’ve been getting my pants made by professional tailors for years and my legs are perfectly even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude old ladies that don't know how to give proper customer service. I went for alterations to which I did not have my heels and was told I could not get all my measurements done because she could not measure the bottom of the dress which i was very understanding about. After reflection i had decided to no longer get the dress altered as they were charging me 130$ (which is the same price as a new dress). I then went in store to get a refund and my dress back to which they told me they could not do because they had done their deposit and could not give me my refund as there was no cash in the register even though i had paid by debit. They proceeded to tell me i had to come back another day in order to get my refund. When i had come back the second time for my refund, the women was very rude and persisted in asking why i wanted a refund to which i replied a second time that I had changed my mind and she kept asking why and telling me that it made no sense to her why i no longer wanted alterations. I told her that the price in which i was charged was the same as a new dress and she replied by asking me why I purchased the dress in the first place in which I responded that i did not buy the dress, it was my mothers. This was none of her business to begin with and was very out of line to ask that sort of question to a client. she then told me she could not refund me on debit and that i was to be charged a fee of 11.50$ seeing as they had took time to help me and take my measurements even though i was sent away seeing as i did not have my shoes yet. I paid the fee anyway because they did take a bit of time with me however, this experience and lack of professionalism with the persistence of questioning was very rude and was a lack of respect. i was also told by many friends and family members that they were overcharging.
