Jeudi soir dernier je suis allée à Rosemère pour récupérer un vêtement que j'avais commandé. J'ai aperçu une blouse que j'avais acheté une semaine et demie et qui était chez moi, à15 $ de rabais. J'ai sortit ma facture et une dame qui semblait être la gérante avait l'air sévère et m'a dit non on ne fait pas ça desajustements de prix. Je lui ai dit qu'au carrefour on m'avait dit que je pouvais me faire rembourser si je changeais d'idée. Non, je devais apporter la blouse.... Avec l'air bête qu'elle avait je ne me suis pas trop obstinée, je me suis dit PLUS JAMAIS à Rosemère. Il y avait plusieurs vêtements quim'intéressait mais j'ai laissé faire. Ça fait 3 fois que j'y vais et j'en ressors insatisfaite. On m'a même déjà dit que la collection Mahée Paiement n'allait plus être vendue.... Au Carrefour Laval on a démenti cette info...
Je suis allée au Carrefour pour l'ajustement de prix et la gérante tellement sympathique m'a dit qu'elle ferait l'ajustement du prix mais habitullement elle ne l'autorisait pas. La vendeuse qui m'avait vendu la blouse m'avit mal informée. Je lui ai répondu: vous savez Madame, grâce à vous, je reviendrai ici mais pas à Rosemère..... Super sympathiques les dames du Carrefour Laval mais la gérante de Rosemère? ☹️☹️
I discovered the San Franciscco boutiques 2 years ago at Carrefour Laval and I loved the Mahée Paiement collection. Last Thursday evening I went to Rosemère to pick up a garment that I had ordered. I saw a blouse that I had bought a week and a half and that was in my house, at $ 15 off. I took out my bill and a lady who seemed to be the manager looked stern and said no we don't make that price adjustments. I told him that at the crossroads I was told that I could get a refund if I changed my mind. No, I had to bring the blouse .... With the stupid look she had I wasn't too obstinate, I said to myself NEVER AGAIN to Rosemere. There were several items of clothing that interested me but I let it be. I've been going there 3 times and come away dissatisfied. I was even told that the Mahée Paiement collection was no longer going to be sold .... At Carrefour Laval, we denied this information ...
I went to the Carrefour for the price adjustment and the so nice manager told me that she would make the price adjustment but usually she did not allow it. The saleswoman who had sold me the blouse had misinformed me. I replied: you know Madam, thanks to you, I will come back here but not to Rosemère ..... Super nice ladies from Carrefour Laval but the manager of Rosemère? ☹️☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habituellement un bon service c'est pour ça le 4 étoile. Ce soir expérience décevante. La dame n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là. Vraiment sans façon, un soupire car je voulais payer comptant, car elle avait fait sa caisse(j'étais à la caisse à 17h40. J'ai fini par laisser faire la chemise, car j'ai trouvé la dame trop désagréable.
Usually good service is why the 4 star. Tonight a disappointing experience. The lady clearly didn't want to be there. Really without ceremony, a sigh because I wanted to pay cash, because she had made her checkout (I was at the checkout at 5:40 pm. I ended up letting the shirt be done, because I found the lady too disagreeable.
