Je me suis fait faire un prix pour un cellulaire pour mon père mais par sécurité semble-t-il, je ne pouvais pas l'acheter même si j'avais toutes les informations nécessaire. Bref, je peux comprendre pour la sécurité, mais après avoir fait déplacé mon père 2 jours plus tard, on me dit que le rabais de Virgin a diminué (pur hasard) et a que je dois payer plus... On m'a alors offert de me vendre des accessoires à un prix ridicule (4 fois le prix régulier sur le web). On essai de me dire que le téléphone est trop haut de gamme (pas nécessaire) pour mon père et on me conseille un autre téléphone supposé supérieur même si il est moins haut de gamme... Moi qui s'y connait quand même un peu, j'ai plus ou moins apprécié la contradiction. Conclusion: Ne prennez rien pour acquis sur les accord verbaux ou écrits non officiels et n'hésitez pas à refuser les augmentations (ou la vente d'assurance) lors de la signature du contrat.
I got a price for a cell phone for my father, but for security it seems, I could not buy it even if I had all the necessary information. In short, I can understand for safety, but after I moved my father 2 days later, I am told that the discount Virgin has decreased (pure chance) and that I have to pay more ... I was then offered to sell me accessories at a ridiculous price (4 times the regular price on the web). I try to tell me that the phone is too high-end (not necessary) for my father and I'm advised another phone supposedly superior even if it is less high-end ... Me who still knows a little I have more or less appreciated the contradiction. Conclusion: Do not take anything for granted on verbal agreements or unofficial writings and do not hesitate to refuse increases (or sale of insurance) when signing the contract.

Jamais eu de problème avec la facturation comparativement à d'autre compagnies on paie pour ce qu'on utilise. Pas le meilleur réseau mais couvre tout de même un bon territoire. Facturation juste , service par email pratique. Attention parfois je paies ma facture et je la reçois une secondes fois quelques jours après par message texte.
Never had a problem with billing compared to other companies you pay for what you use. Not the best network but still covers good territory. Fair billing, convenient email service. Please note that sometimes I pay my invoice and I receive it a second time a few days later by text message.

Very disappointed, they cut my internet without notifications, now they told me i need to wait 5 days with no internet after the support redirected me at least 5 times.

Courteous employees, but the manager ended up giving me the wrong info on a smartphone model he was unfamiliar with. Wanted to exchange it, yet I had to call back 4 times over 6 days because he never did it himself, as assured. Overall, customer service after I closed acontract and bought the phone was very disappointing.

I have 4 lines with this company. The worst service I have ever got with a company. Customer service personnel with no experience and negative attitudes do not show any kind of willingness to help or to collaborate. I am totally disappointed. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
