D’autre compagnie comme Bell vous accommode bien mieux
Bell vient de m’offrir 200$ applicable sur le téléphone en plus
Poor service, you have to take the money out of your pocket for phone taxes plus connection fees when you buy the phone even if you've been with Telus for no arrangement.
Other company like Bell accommodates you much better
Bell just offered me $ 200 more on the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon staff très courtois mais j'ai dû y retourner car l'activation de ma ligne n'a pas fonctionné le premier coup et il semblait y avoir des troubles avec leur système informatique. Ce fût quand même assez long à régler mais le service et l'accueil était excellent.
Good staff very courteous but I had to go back because the activation of my line did not work the first time and there seemed to be problems with their computer system. It was still quite a long time to settle but the service and welcome were excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for Telus and this store is bad . I called before to ask if they had a moment for me . No answer on the phone , so I went there . When I arrived it was locked , nobody came to see me . I waited OUTSIDE IN THE COLD 25 minutes and still nobody came. Never freaking again. I’m shooked. The guy with braids was so slow . I saw him say me and he was taking his time as hell . It was Sunday November 28th at 2 pm . Thanks for you not excellent service . If you ordered me to go there I will change cellphone company . It’s that bad .
