I thought my iPhone 6s was finished as I couldn’t see anything on the completely cracked screen but with the help of uBreakiFix my important cherished/irreplaceable memories (pictures) are saved. Sebastian helped me out and Miguel was around as well and both were extremely kind & knowledgeable! I definitely recommend uBreakiFix for any technical problems you may have.

The staff and the service providers were very professional, understanding and courteous about the whole affair (I-Broke-They-Fixed-Free of Charge). Great experience, don't hesitate to walk-in and let them take a look at your damaged electronic devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made it very easy. Set up the appointment, got there around 11:45AM. Phone was ready for 6PM. Everything checks out, and now I don't have to be tethered to my charger for my Nexus 6P.
Professional, quality work done in a timely manner and offered the best service with the lowest down time (need phone for work). Couldn't be happier with the end result.
Highly recommended, and worth the 5 stars!
Also, shout out to Peter and Sebastien, really nice guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my phone screen fixed here a few months ago and held out on reviewing in case screen didn't hold up, but so far it's been great.
Friendly staff and repair was accomplished in a timely manner. I've dropped my phone a few times since and screen is still in pristine condition.
Only advice I'd give is backing up your phone and wiping as they will need your password to repair your phone.
I'd recommend to friends; shop around, they're a little flexible on pricing and will do their best to match competitors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me 110$+tax for a reset, told me my laptop was a little slow, but functioning. Got home and laptop was worst than before the reset.
The take away: It was all about the review. I felt harassed over the phone and pressured to change the review. Every call ended with a question about my review and when I would change it. The repair looks good, but all the stress that came out of it is just not worth it. Check your computer thoroughly before leaving and be clear to avoid a headache.
UPDATE- About a day after this review was posted the store contacted me, letting me know that there was a misunderstanding. A salesman explained over the phone that the money I had paid was actually a deposit for a hard drive. I was confused because I remember telling them that I was not sure if I wanted to repair the hard drive (I was thinking of changing laptops) and that I would call back and let them know.
They called me about twice a day till I called back and told them that I would bring the laptop in (kept calling me till I brought it in 2 days later). Picked up the laptop a couple days later and the salesman when on about giving me a great discount to account for the trouble caused, letting me know that they had done close to 300$ in repair, but I payed about 200$. I picked up my laptop 3 days ago and wanted to give it a week before updating the review, but they called me again to talk to me about the review.
