★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order for the first time a couple days ago to go in store at this location for my pickup. This has been a horrible experience so far... The ladies at the store were extremly rude ( especially michelle) I call the store spoke with her and I asked to know why i hadnt received a email or phone call to pick up ( it says 2 hours on the website) she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then told me they would call later that night and it should be ready.. No answer the day after at 3 pm i called the store one more time and Michelle that answered would NOT take my order number or information like my name or phone, to check and see if my order was ready and she was just extremly rude to me on the phone. She told me to just call costumer service because she didnt want to make the effort to help me, i then call the costumer service departnement and spoke with a really nice lady who called the store herself and finally told me that my order had been ready for pick up since 4 pm the previous day!!!! (first day ic alled) It just has been an umcomfortable and unpleasant situation. day after I called client services the girl couldnt help i asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me after a 17 minutes wait... I have been trying to call back and no one is picking up. Nice to know they do not care about their costumers. Never being from this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad shopping experience, I made a purchase online to pick it up in store. (Linen Chest make promises that online order will be ready in 2 hours). I've got to the store after 4 hours of waiting at home and was asked to wait for 30-40 min more in store, but finally I wasn't able to pick up my order because of non professional order treatment (I found out that they closed non finished order because employee who was doing my order left for lunch and after they wasn't able to reopen and complete it), during all this time of waiting they even didn't try to find a solution, just served another customers... I didn't received any excuses ether. Never again I will buy from this store, stressful waste of time.

Staff that doesn't know what they are doing or saying and transfer you to speak with the boss and the boss doesnt even stop her work that she is doing or to look up at you in the face to hear your story and your issue like seriosuly! to tell me that they cannot do anything for you even though the cashier was clearly at fault. Was gonna do my wedding registry there but forget it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a little longer than expected at the cash as there were employees in training but they were very polite and appoligetic. Maria on the floor was also very kind and willing to explain the features that came with the espresso machine I was purchasing even if the store was very busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter ordered an item on line, I received the item as a Xmas gift, I opened the box that was obviously pre-opened and taped shut, upon assembly there was no hardware. My daughter communicated with Linen Chest through email & chat line but got no answers, so we had to drive to the store and exchanged it for another. Watch out for on line shopping.
