The manager is not necessarily the friendliest I have met, the store has a good variety like the others in the chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aussitôt que je suis rentré dans le magasin, il était évident que la préposée se faisait déranger. J’ai demandé un produit, elle me montre ce qu’elle avait seulement. Quand je lui ai montré ce que je voulais, elle m’a dit bêtement que ce produit n’était pas ce que j’ai demandé. Elle a aussitôt quitté pour aller en arrière. Non seulement qu’elle a perdue une vente, elle a perdue un client à vie. Le service à la clientèle est beaucoup à désiré.
As soon as I entered the store, it was obvious that the attendant was being disturbed. I asked for a product, she shows me what she only had. When I showed her what I wanted, she stupidly told me that this product was not what I asked for. She immediately left to go back. Not only did she lose a sale, she lost a lifetime customer. Customer service is much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I entered that store 5 minutes prior to closing time and needed to buy a couple of gifts for a good friend that I was visiting that evening. Their Manager Dimitra served me and did not rush me at all and gave me outstanding service. In less than 10 minutes, she helped me find 2 amazing gifts. This was the best service I've had from any store in the last 5 years.
