I went here to get some parts to fix a drawer. When I went to install everything, some pieces were missing. I went back to the store and they replaced it. Didn’t have any trouble at all at the customer service counter after explaining the situation. I highly recommend them as they stand by their products and policies.

Awesome store with great hidden gems! You really have to look in the liquidation section, or even around the store for some really good deals and trust me you can't miss out. End of season sales are my favourite.

I was in the paint department and an employee (a gentleman who probably was in his early or mid 60's with blondish white hair) helped me. He was very helpful and honest. I was extremely satisfied.

Lots of employees but they're all just chilling talking together, not taking interest in customers. The store wasn't dirty but it was complicated to navigate, full carts and ladders in the way, couldn't access certain items because they were blocked, but again, the employees were arms crossed, talking together. For someone working in a store, I was pretty disappointed, especially since the stores in the neighborhood are usually pretty clean.

Worst service ever, we waited almost 2hrs to buy a fridge and the person never showed up, even if we ask other people no one helped us. Never going back again.

I want to thank Sabrina because even if I talked to her in a bad tone she still assisted me and offered help in the kindest way. Instead of her colleague who gave me a bad service and spoke with me in a rude way when I came another day. It's too bad there weren't a badge of her name on her jacket so I can't complain about her because I don't know her name. It's in these sort of situations you can see the kindness each person has. Thank you Sabrina.

Made few trips to pickup lumber, each time 10-15x of 5/4 10'. Requested cashier to open the door and she refused. I argued that she let previous client go with smaller items, still wouldn't open the door. She has no issue letting another client pass through with a flat box 2.5'x5'x2". Dont make it language issue, because j'ai dit bonjour madam et passez la transaction en francais de A à Z. Cashier seem to be sumply arrogant and racist. Management: Montreal us multicultural, train staff to treat all clients equally. If it wasn't for sale on lumber at RD, I shop at HomeDepot. Now I regret going there. I think even paying extra 1$ at competitors is worth not being humiliated and treated unfair by RenoDepot. I wouldn't say all staffs at RenoDepot are bad, african american gentleman at plumbing section was polite and helpful.
