Ordered a sofa about a month ago, just delivered today. The communication from the delivery driver was excellent, but they just left the sofa wrapped in plastic. Didn't even unwrap it (there are lots of things stapled to the sofa), nor did they install the feet for the sofa (required extra long tools which I don't have). Underside is ripped, but at least thats not visible. I remember when they would come, unwrap your furniture, install it, and remove the old. Now, it's like they are doing you a favor. My salesman was good and very patient, but I don't think I'd shop at Leons again in the future. Better to pay more and have everything safe and secured and delivered by professionals.

I recommend Leon's to everyone. The service was very efficient. Delivery within 4 days. The delivery service was also 5 stars. We had gone to 3 other furniture stores before finding our sofa. The price was great. The delivery men were very polite and efficient. They did the installation and were in and very quickly. What a GREAT job Leon's!!!! Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Depending on your budget, if you're looking for affordable price items that might fit an average budget with good quality then go there, but regarding high level furniture with high end modern style then this is not the proper place to consult ?

DO NOT ORDER FR LEON'S!!! My pregnant gf and I have ordered a mattress a week ago set a date to be delivered, they sent a confirmation email to be delivered TODAY. They said they called us and left us a message LIES! They never did, and then asked if they can bring it 2/3 days from now.... are you serious?! No! I work and she's about to have a baby NO ONE WILL BE HOME. And never did they bother to take responsibility only shift the blame on us. Spending over 1000$ and not even respected. DO NOT ORDER FROM LEON'S!!! They lie and they don't care about it. Order canceled and never will I use a leons product again. Hope you won't either. GARBADGE

We purchased a table last year, and it arrived this year after 6-7 months. Ok, pandemic season and heavy stuff would slow down, but they didn’t bother to call customers to advise the situation. After we setup almost everything, we realized the table legs are broken due to transportation, and color are not as we ordered. Called customer service, sent tons of pictures, they promised to call back, but never returned back. Called a few times, same promises. We went to Anjou, and showed them the broken items, talked to 2 girls, 1 seems to be service manager, at the beginning they said it will take 3-6 months again, but we insisted that it is just a part, and the company should do express service for parts. We also offered sharing DHL cost if needed, because we can’t leave unfinished setup like this (well you can imagine a table flat on ground with no legs and with chairs around, with empty boxes from the setup). They just didn’t care, and said it’s Leons standards and policy. They asked us to go home and promised another solution in next day. After a week, never call back. Called them again and they said the oversea partners didn’t get back to them yet. Second week, same reason. Third week, same. Fourth week, they said it willl be shipped in next shipment, which would be another 3-6 months. So what is the solution? The table still on ground! They won’t even send technicians to temporarily fix it as they already ordered the part!!! If we install the table legs, we are better to buy insurance, in case the heavy table fall on us and cover any injuries and damage! Terrible and big liar service.

Rude! From drivers to customer service! Driver came, refused to install the bed base that was supposed to be installed by him. Tried to force me sign and then deal with the customer service later, since I know Leons do not have a return policy, I refused so he tried to lie to convinced. But I insisted. Next thing I know, the condo admins call me to complain about the damaged door by our delivery. I tried to call the customer service, first they denied, then they said they need a proof, as if we are waiting for Leons delivery to replace our door. The driver flat out denied. Finally, they said they will send someone to look at it. That was a few weeks after the incident, so of course, I was obliged to temporary fix it, as it is a safety concern to not have a front door of our building. I am not very handy, and the door is squeaking, so I am not sure it will stand the freezing winter. Anyway, they finally agreed to send someone to look at it. Guess who they sent? The same driver that denied he did anything. He goes back and reports that the door is completely fixed and back to normal. Which is not true as the wood is completely chipped and partially exposed. I went to store to speak to someone, and they basically said the issue is closed, but if I want to reopen, I simply have to send more pictures and they will reopen the case. I did. It has been two weeks, no one responds to my email nor picks up the phone. The cherry on the the cake, is that they charged my Acces D account, and I am not even able to reach them to get the charges cancelled... In a nutshell, rude, disrespectful, liars, and they think their clients are stupid.
