J	Jean-Bernard Ratté on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They smoked in the warehouse. They smoked in the doorway of the condo building. They got in a shouting conflict with the neighbour. They did lots of damaged and scratches on my furniture. Since it was in a warehouse the owner said that there was no possibility to give any sort of compensation. Calling the owner was not helpful, he refused any possibility to compromise. The owner told me that making sure their guys worked properly was my responsibility. All I asked was that they send someone to fix my furniture, the owner just told me that he didn't care and that it was my problem.

His team are very professional and sociable. I moved on Sunday January 17th and my gosh were they great. Déménagement Mini-Metro is the company you want to hire, if you want a pleasant move. I recommend this company very much!!!
P	Pier-Olivier Martel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The move was a tricky one with lots of walking around since it was snowing around 300-400m each trip to the truck. 3 mover Devaughne, Simon et David with 1 really good 1 ok and 1 doing ABSOLUTLY NOTHING USEFULL. He even had a friend tag along doing nothing with compagny I guess... The truck was to small which was my issue so I did ask them to put the remaining box and items in the garrage. When I came back they had left leaving everything along the way it took me close to 2 hours to regroup everything in the garage. BBq in the coridor desk holding doors and more all along the 400m. Unfortunatly after unboxing this meant I lost 2 boxes of valuable stuff + a big miror which got left I have no idea where. We found scratches and holes on various items after unloading the truck too. Unfortunatly the team lack leadership and coordination for more complicated jobs.

Devaughne, David and Carl arrived on time, offered me coffee.and took very good care or my stuff. They were very energetic and in a great attitude to work and make sure I was satisfied. This has been positive changing experience and I would recommend this company to anyone I know or even call them again if I decide to move again in the future ?.
