★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good but it really took them 30 minutes before coming to our table just to take our order. Then one woman with the coffee asked us if we wanted more coffee yet we hadn't received our mug! It took them another 30 minutes before the food finally arrive. I mean, I understand that it's Saturday and it's busy but taking breakfast should not take more than one hour.
In short, good food and terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 30 minutes before our server came to bring us water and coffee. Took another 15 minutes before she took our order. Took another 30 minutes before getting our food. And every 5 minutes, someone would come to ask us if we wanted more coffee...it's a bit much! In general, good food, horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brunch was great...the service even better. I don't remember our waitress' name. I have to point out, she greeted us in French. When she heard my wife and I speaking English. She switched to English and served us in English. She has my utmost respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order from this restaurant often and the food is ALWAYS delicious. We decided to go in person this weekend, for the first time since the start of the pandemic. The waitress who served us was excellent. Impeccable service on her part. The food was, as always, delicious.
But after eating, I visited the restroom. I went into the larger, handicap one (with the kids) and there was no soap dispenser. None whatsoever - no bottle of soap, no dispenser, just a hand dryer and sink. I took the kids to the bigger restroom to wash their hands, and this one had a dispenser, but it was complete empty. So now I question the sanitary aspect of this restaurant. Does the staff use these restrooms? How are they washing their hands? And what about other customers, going in there and then putting dirty hands on various surfaces. After two years of drilling sanitary measures, this left me very unimpressed and uncomfortable.
Also, we got there very early, before the rush, so it’s highly unlikely that the few customers there at that time Used ALL the soap (and left with the dispenser).
Hopefully they will rectify this situation promptly, because it really is a great restaurant otherwise.
